Mike Davis founder and president of the Article III Project joins Steve Bannon’s War Room live from Denver, Colorado where a 14th Amendment hearing is taking place in an effort to remove President Trump from the 2024 ballot. The hearing is overseen by Judge Sarah Wallace who has a history of donating to Democrat elections initiatives. Davis explains that the court has completely ignored the proper process for attempting to remove President Trump under the 14th Amendment neglecting a jury and appeal process. He explains that this is just one of the many avenues radical Democrats are using to weaponize the judicial system against the former president. The ultimate goal Davis explains is for Judge Wallace to declare President Trump an insurrectionist over January 6th bogus offenses and then call on the far-left Colorado Secretary of State to remove him from the ballot.
