Democrat Injustice Comes Full Circle

The administration that insisted the economy was the strongest itโ€™s ever been, the border was secure and Donald Trump is a liar and a criminal also told us President Joe Biden would not pardon his son Hunter. Is anyone surprised?

Time after time, Biden said he would not pardon Hunter. He said he ruled it out and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre echoed his words multiple times from the briefing room pulpit. However, in a move that everybody knew was coming, Biden waved his Presidential magic wand, and made his sonโ€™s entire criminal history go away.

In his statement, Biden said, โ€œFrom the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Departmentโ€™s decision-making, and I kept my wordโ€ฆโ€ This statement is ludicrous considering reports of multiple visits to the White House by New York Attorney General Letitia James and District Attorney Fani Willis. Interfering with justice is what this administration and its Department of Justice has worked very hard to do, and itโ€™s been all about convicting President-elect Donald Trump of whatever charges they could manufacture while dragging their feet dealing with Hunterโ€™s crimes.

Biden also claimed Hunter was, โ€œselectively, and unfairly, prosecuted,โ€ that he was, โ€œtreated differently,โ€ and he wants us to believe that, โ€œNo reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunterโ€™s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son.โ€

The best case scenario is this statement is confirmation that the President is not well. Clearly, he has dementia; he doesnโ€™t know where he is or what heโ€™s doing. If he is making this statement with a sound mind and body, then heโ€™s lying, plain and simple. Any reasonable person looking at the facts will wonder why Hunter is still roaming free, because none of us would be.

Hunter was indicted for actual crimes he committed. Knowingly lying on a government questionnaire to obtain a firearm is a federal offense. Tax evasion is a federal offense. Any citizen of the United States who commits these crimes would be charged and prosecuted. To say Joeโ€™s pardon of Hunter is an act of favoritism is an understatement.

What I find most interesting is that the pardon covers all crimes committed by Hunter between the dates of, โ€œJanuary 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.โ€ Not only does it cover Hunterโ€™s cocaine use, prostitutes, gun crimes and tax evasion; this goes back to when Joe Biden was Vice President and Hunter was on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. This covers the phone calls of Hunter shaking people down for cash with his father in the room, at least the ones weโ€™re aware of.

Also, we were told that the whole Hunter laptop scandal was nothing more than Russian disinformation. A pardon stretching back to 2014 is tantamount to admission of guilt. I guess the whistle blowers were right all along. This pardon isnโ€™t only about enabling a drug addict after having a good time or buying a gun, this is about providing cover for the entire Biden criminal enterprise.

The left has no interest in law and order. They invent charges against Republicans and have the nerve to prosecute them while they disregard the undeniable criminal activity of Democrats. It comes as no surprise that Biden tossed any bit of remaining credibility out the window and reversed his own insistence that โ€œNobody is above the law.โ€
