Judge James Boasberg Has Proven Himself an Enemy Within

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20

And right now in our news feed we have the most interesting and treasonous news story only halfway being reported to the benefit of the left over the right.

The story began when yet another Federal Judge decided he could usurp President Donald Trump’s authority as Commander in Chief. But that judge comes with some baggage, the kind of baggage that should end his career. That judge is the Obama appointed Federal Judge James Boasberg. He is yet another lefty partisan hack Democrat in the Washington, D.C. district.

And by the way, he does have a past path crossing with Supreme Court John Roberts which is most interesting, to say the least. We will get to that in a minute.

Chief Judge Boasberg made a serious mistake when he failed to recuse himself from this case due to a personal conflict of interest he has with this case but the implication he is trying to protect organized gang criminals here illegally makes matters much worse for him.

This Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia has a daughter named Katharine Boasberg. She works for a 501(c)(3) organization called “Partners for Justice” as a “capacity building associate”. In this position, she helps coordinate and administer grant activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of capacity-building programs to strengthen the nonprofit infrastructure. 

Some were quick to say Judge Boasberg’s ruling against President Trump was payback for DOGE halting Federal funding to his daughter Katharine Boasberg’s NGO “Partners for Justice.” This NGO gives criminal illegal aliens and gang members free legal advice on how to work around the system.

Katharine Boasberg displays her pronouns in her bio as “SHE/HER”, proving her affiliation with the radical left. The Judge’s daughter focuses on criminal defense and advocacy as an employee of “Partners for Justice”. Partners for Justice is an organization which has derived 76% of its funding from GOVERNMENT GRANTS!

From the Partners for Justice website: “Our Impact: Supporting those in need, transforming the system. Partners for Justice is transforming public defenders into a robust network of dynamic, people-centered service centers to reduce incarceration, increase equity, and positively impact the lives of those harmed by cycles of incarceration, poor health, and poverty. Since 2018 they have connected thousands of people with stabilizing services and eliminated an estimated 5,000 years of jail and prison time, compared to maximum exposure.”

Judge Boasberg has a clear conflict of interest and was obligated to recuse himself from this case and any such similar cases, as outlined in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, which specifies the circumstances under which a judge must disqualify themselves from a cases before their court.

The disqualification clause states “A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances in which: The judge or the judge’s spouse, or a person related to either within the third degree of relationship, or the spouse of such a person is: Known by the judge to have an interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding.”

On top of that, Federal District Judges do not even have jurisdiction to rule against the Executive branch. Only the Supreme Court has jurisdiction over the Executive branch and that is only if the Executive Branch appears to have violated our Constitution and previous case laws.

Attorney General Pam Bondi and her Department of Justice should immediately push for Judge James Boasberg to be disbarred for corruption and bring criminal charges against him.

There is no legal defense or rationalization by either case law or common sense to support Judge Boasberg’s decision and court order to require President Trump to return criminal gang members violating the RICO Act while here illegally in the first place.

President Trump could readily make the case that Judge Boasberg is now proven himself guilty of aiding and abetting a criminal empire and should be so prosecuted in accordance with Federal laws.

Perhaps nobody explained this better and exposed the idiocy of the left than White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller with CNN’s Kasie Hunt in a recent interview.

Without severe consequences, these corrupt liberal activist judges will continue to attack the Constitutional Authority of the Executive Branch. This is a game with them and they are having a ball with President Trump 2.0. Only one thing will change that fear of consequences.

CONCLUSION:

All the proof you need that this judge is dirty was his ruling of 2021 when he issued a ruling that directed former Vice President Mike Pence to testify to a grand jury as part of a special counsel probe into Trump and the assault on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Never in the history of our country has a vice president been ordered to testify against a president. It violates all semblance of previous “Presidential Immunity”.

This is now the same special counsel (unselect committee) who has since gone on to lose all records of their conduct as well as been shown guilty of witness tampering and unjustly imprisoning a number of J6 Protesters violating their rights to a due process trial. Where are all of these “Never Trump” prosecutors and judges now that these actual crimes have come to light?

Apparently it is only good to bring criminal charges against MAGA America and not the Deep State Dweebs with these compromised prosecutors and judges. That is the way most are seeing it. These dweebs are not just un-American, they have exposed themselves now as being anti-American.  

And what are we to make of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts coming out against President Donald Trump recently?

Well, when both Senator Chuck Schumer and Justice John Roberts both act out of character and flip-flop in one week it does leave one scratching their head until you remember the pictures of both of them allegedly taken on Epstein Island and the fact Pam Bondi is working to release that information in redacted format.

Maybe Chuck heard Pam was not going to redact his name and John heard his name was going to be redacted?

Or maybe, in the case of John Roberts, it is the fact he personally placed James Boasberg on the FISA court that rubber-stamped illegal spy warrants against Donald Trump in his campaign and first term so Roberts has no choice to duck and cover.

Get your popcorn, this is getting interesting.

Americans are waiting for some of these corrupt enemies within to get perp walked in handcuffs.
