Journalists Expose the Possible Blackmail of John Roberts

This is an older story dating back to 2015 that many of us did not know about until now. It appears to have resurfaced because President Donald Trump is asking the Supreme Court to step in on the rogue activist liberal Federal judges usurping his presidential powers.

The timeline consists of two children adopted by Supreme Court Chief Justice John and wife Jane Roberts in the year 2000 and then having the adoption of those two children used as blackmail against him in 2012 to force his ruling in favor of the unconstitutional and illegal Affordable Care Act (ACA) also called Obamacare Act of 2010.

The allegation is that husband and wife John and Jane Roberts could not conceive children naturally so they went to purchase two children in Ireland. President Barack Obama then weaponized the CIA via Directors James Clapper and John Brennan to spy on Justice Roberts sometime during the years 2009-2012.

The subscription service Josh Bernstein Uncensored (https://joshbernsteinuncensored.com) podcast dropped a bombshell story this week that is now being shared on social media platforms.

“So Barack Obama instructed his weaponized intelligence community to hack into the phone and email of many people, but in particular, in this case, John Roberts. What they found when they hacked into his phone and his emails gave them leverage. It gave them leverage over John Roberts and ultimately this information is the reason why he changed his vote.

John, and his wife Jane, have had trouble conceiving children. They have tried and tried for years and finally after four or five years, as they were getting up in years and closer to their 40’s, they wanted to have kids. So they decided to adopt. They ended up adopting two beautiful little infant babies from Ireland and they were four months apart in age; a boy and a little girl.

Here is where the story gets interesting. The Roberts decided to have a private adoption which means that they were privileged and had special access through arranged people and arranged parties to gain access to children that normally you and I couldn’t get access to. And they did this without the involvement or oversight of any official adoption agencies. Now the country of Ireland, where the Roberts had family and close ties to, the children were born in Ireland. But Ireland does not allow private abortions or out-of-country adoptions through private means.

Therefor these adoptions might have been illegal in America. They certainly were not legal for Ireland’s standards on adoption policies. 

Obama knew this. He knew this information and so did the New York Times. As a matter of fact the New York Times was ready to write a scathing article exposing this. But at the time Barack Obama stopped them and the rest of the media from going and divulging all of this information.

The reason?

Because he wanted Roberts vote on Obamacare!

So Roberts and his wife who had all of this trouble conceiving children finally get to adopt these beautiful bouncing babies… little blonde headed, blue-eyed babies, a boy and a girl from Ireland… The did not want to risk not only being exposed but possibly even losing custody of their two children. It was a bridge too far.

Now back in the day I was very harsh, very harsh on John Roberts because I thought he was another Anthony Kennedy, I thought he was just going to betray us, and he was a bad choice and everything else. And I came down pretty hard on him. But now, knowing the circumstances you can see what the intelligence community and in particular James Clapper and John Brennan did to John Roberts and they were instructed by Barack Obama in order to do this.

So they blackmailed the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court into protecting and voting for something we knew, and know now, is still unconstitutional. That is how far the Obama Administration, the Obama Regime would go in order to facilitate the transformational and fundamental transformation of the United States of America. One of the biggest parts of that was of course the Unaffordable Careless Act.”

Daughter Josie Roberts and son John Roberts Jr., are turning 25 this year and one would think the threat of blackmail by the Deep State should be over now. But perhaps Judge Roberts is worried about getting removed from the bench with loss of pension for wrongdoing? Maybe President Trump should issue him a preemptive pardon before his next ruling?

CONCLUSION:

This is a very serious and damning allegation that, if true, shows our Supreme Court is compromised such that Chief Justice John Roberts of the high court is no longer capable of making decisions based on the Constitution of the United States and past case law.

Whether true or not, the charges presented by Josh Bernstein justify an investigation by the FBI and DOJ commencing immediately.

When Justice Roberts gave his summation after ruling on Obamacare (The Affordable Care Act) stating it was done wrong and should have probably been called a tax but would stand as law all the same, Americans smelled a rat. So the court’s ruling was a nonsensical double negative as many legal experts observed: The Court would not deem Obamacare not constitutional.

Roberts called the individual mandate penalty a tax because that was the only way he could save the unconstitutional Obama mandate. Never in the history of America have Americans been required to purchase a product or service, in this case, health insurance.

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett also has two adopted black children from Haiti making one wonder if the Deep State might have dirt on her two adoptions as well?

It was both Barrett and Roberts who ruled unexpectedly and wrongly against President Trump just recently in the matter of requiring Trump to restore foreign aid in a 5-4 ruling where they joined Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson and left in place the ruling by U.S. District Judge Amir Ali.

At a time when President Trump is begging the Supreme Court to reaffirm the powers of the Executive Branch over the Judicial Branch, it appears the deck may already be stacked against him and this should allow him to invoke his Emergency Powers against these rogue and compromised judges no longer following the Constitution and laws of our land.

Like we said before, for some this is old news but for others of us it is new.
