Last week there was a striking admission after PBS host Geoff Bennett asked outgoing Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) if he thought the nation is facing a constitutional crisis, Schumer seemingly openly gloated about the Democrat shills of the Judicial Branch as part of their schemes to stop President Donald Trump.
Bennet asked, “There are those who believe that we are, in real time, living through an assault on the constitutional order. Do you believe that we are in a constitutional crisis right now?”
“Yes,” Schumer responded, adding, “Our democracy is at risk because Donald Trump shows that he wishes to violate the laws in many, many different ways.”
Then came the damning Schumer admission.
“The good news here is, we did put 235 judges—progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump—last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time.
We hope that the appellate courts, when it gets up there in the Supreme Court, will uphold those rulings. They restored the money to NIH. They required that 8,000 federal employees have to come back.
We’re in over 100 lawsuits against them, and we are having a good deal of success. It’s only at the lower court level right now.”

This is absolutely mind blowing and treasonous and Chuck Schumer and every single Democrat who agrees with him and his logic should be tried before a military tribunal. Let us take a quick look at what Schumer and his kind think about what Trump is doing as lawless.
- Expelling all the unvetted, unchecked, illegal aliens (20 million by some estimates) that were allowed to invade our country under the Joe Biden Administration the last 4 years.
- Expelling 200+ criminal illegal aliens already expelled from our country be returned.
- Discharging all the LGBTQ sexual deviants be restored to our military.
- Allowing Elon Musk and his new DOGE office to perform what essentially is a forensic audit of the government finances to expose Democrats waste, fraud, and abuse.
- Demanding President Donald Trump restore all the waste, fraud, and abuse DOGE did find thus far.
- Demanding President Trump hire back Federal workers when they do no work and are not needed.
These are just the top 6 of the most insane and yes, treasonous, rulings the U.S. District Court judges have rendered thus far of lawsuits ruled over by these progressive liberal judges.
There is a Constitutional crisis in this country and, once again, it is of the making of the Democrats but it is not what the Democrats are defining this crisis as. Oh no, the REAL Constitutional crisis is the Democrats are utilizing planted sleeper cell un-American domestic terrorist judges to try to usurp the powers of the Executive Branch by way of the Judicial Branch!
You can always tell when Democrats are guilty as hell. They bring up and use a term first. Nobody was talking about “Constitutional crisis” until the Democrats began it and the mockingbird media rallied around their newest propaganda hoax.
The funny thing about it this time though is this time it bounced back on them!
CONCLUSION:
I was a pretty good student of American History in school. I would brag, probably better than most people reading this article. See, in Illinois as a student I had to comply with this state law we had here that required all students to take and pass a “Constitution Test”, Senate Bill 195.
“Illinois Public Law 195 mandates that students demonstrate knowledge of the U.S. and Illinois Constitutions, requiring a passing grade on a constitution exam to be posted on their CPS official transcript.”
Myself, and my fellow students, had to take and pass a standardized test in both 8th Grade and as a junior in High School. In my case, since I was in the College of Education to become a teacher, I had to take it a third time as a junior in college. Thereafter, as an elected alderman years later, I wound up taking an oath of office swearing to uphold both this same Constitution of the United States and State of Illinois three times for three terms in office.
It is safe to say I am what they call a “Constitutionalist” and one who understands it better than most. We live in a “Constitutional Republic” and not a “Democratic Republic”.
I get so angry when I see today’s Democrats as I grew up in a family that was truly a 50/50 mix. I, myself, was an Independent voter before I became a dedicated Republican voter. I often think how the Democrats of my family now past must now be rolling over in their graves while the younger ones alive do not talk to me. Today’s Democrats are really socialists and many of their voters do not even understand that!
Just 100 years ago people like Chuck Schumer and the 235 judges he references would have been “tarred, and feathered, and run out of town on the rails,” as the old expression goes. We are talking about mob rule vigilante justice… patriot justice, if you will. You see protecting the Constitution matters more than the wellbeing and life of any man or woman violating it.
Why?
These people are not upholding either the Constitution or laws of the land! In the case of trying to prevent President Trump from deporting illegal aliens, one could actually say these Democrat politicians and judges are guilty of breaking the law relative to aiding and abetting a criminal in the act of a crime! They are operating from their own partisan agenda and that constitutes abuse of office.
I used to say I hope we see a peaceful resolution to these current times dilemmas in America. Now I am thinking this is not going to end without bloodshed.
Like I say, I was a pretty good student of history.
