A news story broke on the Internet yesterday which seemingly answered the question on so many American’s minds.
“Who is behind these ICE riots going on in Los Angeles?”
The short story now coming out is the billionaire socialist funding the ICE raids chaos is Neville Roy Singham. Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) dropped his name and began work to take action against him. She took to X to post a video where she said:

“Just found a really great deep dive here from the ‘Data Republican’ on X. So who is behind all of these crazy riots in LA and moving across the nation? Just like, remember, in the summer of love with BLM, remember? Who is organizing all of that stuff? This specifically is being funded by an individual by the name of Neville Singham who actually made his money by pushing communist Chinese propaganda. He was a billionaire doing it. He is now funding, and the guy behind all of these protests and is also behind and tied to the protests at Columbia University… Pushing all of that BS, of you don’t remember… And then also, too, if you look at the social organization that’s putting out these fliers, it’s the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) which is, and I kid you not, the actual communist party. So, they are using Hispanics, they are using illegal immigrants, they are trying to hype people up thinking… They don’t care. If they did, they would stop illegal immigration. Obama deported people… Why all of a sudden now? It’s political.”
Singham made his millions in technology after he sold his American company ‘Thoughtworks’ for almost $800 million in 2024. He then moved to Shanghai for reasons unknown. It is said he now serves as a consultant to a Chinese company Huawei. He is said to be using his tens of millions of his dollars in operating a political influence machine to promote socialism/communism in America. According to posts by Anonymous and others this past week, Singham’s money is being funneled into American non-profits NGOs such as the following:
- Breakthrough News – 2020
- Coalition for Human Immigration Rights (CHIRLA) – 1986
- Code Pink – 2002
- Party for Socialism and Liberation – 2004
- People’s Support Foundation – 2017
- Refuse Fascism – 2016
- Revolutionary Communist Party – 1975
- The Answer Coalition – 2001
- The People’s Forum – 2018
- Union del Barrio – 1981
Many of these organizations have deep ties to socialism and communism. Interestingly, some formed after Donald Trump became president to stop him after he said privately and publically, “America will never be a socialist or communist country!”
The problem with Singham and organizations that have received his money are they could now be in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Such foreign influence funded by a billionaire ideologue with ties to communist China will be problematic for both him and those organizations who receive his funding. They may also be guilty of RICO violations related to organized crime.

These protesters are not just marching. They are enemies within engaging in a vanguard moment maneuvering America to an end goal. Their obvious intent is to obstruct President Donald Trump from deporting the suspected 20 million illegal aliens who were just allowed to invade our country by Joe Biden. The goal was to import people to illegally vote for socialist Democrats over capitalist Republicans as the majority of American citizens do not want the country changed over from a Democratic Constitutional Republic to either socialism or communism.
On X Rep. Luna posted she has asked House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) to ban Code Pink noting:
“I have talked to @SpeakerJohnson about banning @codepink from the Capitol.
Given that they are foreign funded and directly tied to China, they have no right to interfere with American politics and have no place in the US Capitol.
He is looking into this immediately will provide an update soon.”
CODE PINK, founded by Neville Singham’s wife, Jodie Evans, runs a literal pro-CCP feed on X. This could be a violation of the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) by Ms. Evans.

Rep. Luna also posted to X yesterday morning:
“Thanks to the investigative work of @DataRepublican, House Oversight will issue a formal document request to Neville Singham regarding his funding of a communist group linked to the LA riots and the CCP.
IF HE REFUSES TO APPEAR, HE WILL BE SUBPOENAED, AND IF HE IGNORES THAT HE WILL BE REFERRED TO THE DOJ FOR PROSECUTION.”

CONCLUSION:
Yesterday the LA ICE protests spread to both Chicago and Seattle. To be sure, these protests/riots are NOT grassroots organic in nature. They are orchestrated anarchy. The top dogs are paid by the NGOs and the rest follow along as useful idiot sheepole. The intent has less to do with immigration than the complete destruction of these United States.
When employment ads for protest organizers show up in online Craigslist job posts (as we reported previously) in LA, when pallets of bricks mysteriously appear overnight in LA protest hotspots of the next day, when police-style plastic facemasks are passed out from black cars to protect protester’s faces from tear gas/mace/rubber bullets, and when protesters wear face masks to prohibit facial recognition, you know this is not an organic peaceful protest. This is highly organized chaos and anarchy with the intent of interfering with the Trump Administration’s goal of the preservation of the United States!
When socialist Democrats politicians then take to the media to outright lie about what is happening to spin the narrative their way, this is treason.
Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) said – “The protests were peaceful until Trump deployed federal troops into the city. That’s not what Donald Trump wanted. He again chose escalation. He chose more force,” Newsom said during a live stream address declaring, “He chose theatrics over public safety.”
LA Mayor Karen Bass D-CA) said – “I just have to say that if you dial back time and go to Friday, if immigration raids had not happened here, we would not have the disorder that went on last night,” Bass told CNN’s ‘Situation Room’ co-host Pamela Brown. “I will tell you that it is peaceful now, but we do not know where and when the next raids will be.”
Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) said – “There was no violence,” Waters declared. “I was on the street. I know.” She went on, “Nobody was shot, nobody was killed. Get it in your head.” She went on to tell people not to believe the videos they saw with their own eyes, one of the most idiotic statements to ever come out of an American politician’s mouth.
Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said – “It’s this deliberate kind of provocation that is only escalating the situation, but the president doesn’t care about making it worse,” Schiff said during a press conference. “He’s more than happy to see violent protests.”
All of these people have now exposed themselves as the enemy within and this is a very good thing!
“Know thine enemy” is a well-known phrase attributed to Sun Tzu and his book “The Art of War”. Sun Tzu was (ironically) a Chinese military general, strategist, philosopher, and writer who lived 500 years B.C.
