On Monday (6-16-25) FBI Director Kash Patel revealed that in 2020 Chinese intelligence forces conducted a clandestine plot to sow multiple states with fraudulent ballots to swing the election from seated President Donald Trump to Joe Biden to rig the results of the U.S. General Election that year.
Documents from the FBI probe were turned over to Congress shortly before Patel sat for testimony in a Congressional hearing where he told members of the Senate Judiciary Committee that his work with its chair, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), resulted in “unprecedented transparency” during the investigation.

“Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency at the people’s Bureau,” Patel told “Just the News” in a statement. “To that end, we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested, which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election.”
Part of this included a Chinese plot that involved the production of counterfeit state driver’s licenses that could be presented at state government offices by Chinese assets posing as new voters.
“Specifically, these include allegations of plans from the CCP to manufacture fake driver’s licenses and ship them into the United States for the purpose of facilitating fraudulent mail-in ballots – allegations which, while substantiated, were abruptly recalled and never disclosed to the public,” said Patel.
“In accordance with Chairman Grassley’s request for documents, I have immediately declassified the material and turned the document over to the Chairman for further review,” Patel said.
Just the News reported officials who have seen the FBI documents said a source successfully cultivated a new intelligence source who revealed further details about the plot. They claim that fake driver’s licenses were manufactured overseas in the summer of 2020 and were in the process of being shipped to the U.S. so Chinese citizens living in the U.S. could cast votes in the presidential election.
The intelligence source asserted that the purpose of the plot was to help then-candidate Joe Biden unseat President Donald Trump.
Former FBI officials led by former Director Christopher Wray now seem to be implicated in this criminal treasonous scandal. In the summer of 2020 FBI officials of that time dismissed this source, saying their credibility needed further vetting despite confirmation by border authorities that they had indeed intercepted as many as 20,000 fake U.S. driver’s licenses in transit.
The election was held in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic which was used as an excuse to allow states to eliminate in-person voting. All but four states allowed voters to submit mail-in ballots out of a supposed concern for contracting the virus inside polling places.
According to Patel, Chinese citizens illegally participating in this scheme targeted the vulnerabilities in the then modified voting system. They theorized they would get away with it due to the urgency of conducting the election on time would result in less rigorous auditing of driver’s licenses used to register voters.
The mockingbird mainstream media consistently worked a narrative asserting voter fraud is rare and there was no evidence of “wide-spread systematic voter fraud”. Now, these high-profile instances have given conservatives ammunition to argue that even a small number of illegal votes cast have the potential to change the outcome of elections and the 2020 election was indeed stolen.
Just this May, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton charged a Democrat judge with orchestrating an illegal ballot harvesting scheme to win her election. Earlier that sane month, a Colorado U.S. postal worker pled guilty to trying to steal blank ballots sent to voters and filling them out in their names. In Arizona, which narrowly went for President Trump in 2024, the Democrat Secretary of State came under heavy fire in her own party after about 100,000 ballots were errantly mailed to the wrong voters.
CONCLUSION:
The Democrats tell us “Nobody is above the law.” Lifelong Democrat Dr. Anthony Fauci told us during the pandemic of 2020 we must “Follow the science.”
Former Attorney General Bill Barr and former Director Christopher Wray of 2020 were guilty of dereliction of duty in investigating the criminal fraud of the 2020 General Election. The media, punctuating every claim of voter irregularities with “without evidence”, is guilty of journalism malpractice and deception.
If you follow the mathematical science in this matter and apply the law, the 2020 General Election should be investigated and overturned with people going to prison for treason. The result of doing so will drive our country back from the cliff’s edge of socialism/communism/globalism and negate the actions of the entire usurped presidency of Joe Biden of the last 4 years.
This must be done for two very important reasons:
- Joe Biden revealed the election was going to be stolen in October of 2020 just before the General Election was held. He and his family received money from China (CEFC China Energy) for reasons unknown to this day.
- People like President Donald Trump and his 18 allies, Mike Lindell, Tina Peters, and author Mollie Hemingway (“Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections”) all never had their evidence properly investigated and got their day in court to be heard. This represents justice denied!

Given the fact the hypocritical Democrats spent 4 years of President Trump’s first term falsely accusing him of “Russian Collusion” while they were actually colluding with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) shows it is time to pick the scab off of this wound to remove the infection of the D.C. Swamp!

“The FBI intelligence report, originally from the Albany, New York field office and dated September 25, 2020, detailed concerns that Beijing mass-produced fake American driver’s licenses to influence the 2020 election through phony mail-in ballots. The report was subsequently recalled with instructions to destroy all copies and remove it from computer systems, reportedly to re-interview the source.”

All the proof you need the 2020 election was stolen is in the math and we must follow that science out of respect to Dr. Fauci!
