MyPillow’s CEO Mike Lindell Wins 2 Court Cases

5Mind. The Meme Platform

Many Americans know the name Mike Lindell as the CEO of the MyPillow Company out of Minnesota. He is known for producing outstanding American-made products starting with his bed pillows for better sleep. Less people know him as a former drug addict who turned his lift over to Jesus Christ, becoming a Christian, and recovered from drug addiction. He even wrote a book about it titled “What are the Odds?: From Crack Addict to CEO” which you can listen to for free as an audio book read to you by Mike himself here:

But probably far fewer know about the fact that Lindell became so outraged at the fraud and corruption he saw in the 2020 General Election he became a point man for President Trump in a crusade for election integrity in the United States. Matter of fact, he spent millions of his own money to bring truth to light. Thereafter it would seem that both Donald Trump and Mike Lindell would become the first two victims of socialist Democrat’s tactic of lawfare.

In August of 2021 Mike Lindell hosted a three-day Cyber Symposium in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He brought together some of the sharpest minds in the world of internet computing and they did conclusively prove the 2020 election was stolen. Lindell revealed “proof” in the form of cyber data and “packet captures” showing Chinese interference in the 2020 election. He then offered a $5 million reward to anyone who could disprove the data presented at the event, calling it the “Prove Mike Wrong Challenge”.

Thereafter Robert Zeidman, a software developer and cybersecurity expert, examined Lindell’s data for the “Prove Mike Wrong Challenge” and concluded that it was not valid election data. Contest officials refused to declare Zeidman the winner and he pursued arbitration, and an arbitration panel ruled in his favor, awarding him the $5 million in April 2023. Lindell refused to pay and appealed the decision instead. Lindell just won that appeal.

Another case that got less coverage but was just as significant and interesting occurred out in Colorado. In that case a federal jury in Denver, Colorado, found Mike Lindell liable for defamation in a lawsuit brought by Eric Coomer, a former Dominion Voting Systems employee. The jury awarded Coomer $2.3 million in damages. The Coomer lawsuit came after Lindell’s repeated claims Coomer was involved in rigging the 2020 presidential election.

Lindell recently spoke outside the White House after this Colorado courtroom victory with a key legal reversal. Lindell was celebrating a major moment after a Colorado jury heard the opposition’s own lawyer admit they wanted to bankrupt Lindell and MyPillow “to send a message” that Americans shouldn’t question elections.

Lindell said, “They told the jury they didn’t want me to talk. That’s not just a lawsuit, that’s an attack on free speech.”

Dr. Frank Model appeared with Lindell in a split screen in a video clip with Vanessa Broussard of Lindell TV. Dr. Model is one of the many American geniuses that stepped forward over the course of the last 5 years to stand by Lindell exposing the oddities of the 2020 General Election. Mathematical proofs occurred that were beyond improbabilities and went straight to impossibilities.

Dr. Model describes himself as a “Scientist, Inventor, Entrepreneur, Libertarian, Teacher, Musician, Daddy, Husband, Servant of Christ.” Dr. Model explained why this ruling of this Colorado case against Lindell is so important to the country. The case had been used by the mainstream media to claim Lindell’s election data findings were “debunked.” But with this recent legal reversal, that claim is now debunked itself.

“This puts a powerful tool back in Mike’s hands. It proves his data hasn’t been debunked and never was,” said Dr. Model.

Lindell classifies this as a double win, a legal turnaround, plus more momentum heading into other election integrity efforts.

More than 3 in 10 Americans believe the 2020 election was stolen and that when the mainstream media repeated in mockingbird style that it was “the most secure election in history,” they were knowingly lying. Lindell wants to see all voting machines of this country melted down into scrap.

CONCLUSION:

Like many little boys and girls I was born to a mother who thought I should be something other than what I turned out to be, a teacher. She wanted me to be a preacher or a lawyer. I got the preacher part of her desire when she was alive but I didn’t get the lawyer part until after she passed. Now, I see the potential of what she saw in me becoming an attorney.

The first came with Mike Lindell and Dominion Voting Systems as well as Tina Peters, a 70-year-old Gold Star mother and former Mesa County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder. She was sentenced to nine years in prison by actual Democrat criminals in the Colorado justice system. Her crime was supposedly allowing unqualified people to examine her election servers of the county. In so doing they found the system changed after a supposed “software update” and data missing.

“CO County Clerk Tina Peters Must Be Freed!” – The Thinking Conservative

What Ms. Peters essentially unwittingly did was she proved that her county voting machine contractor deleted election data from her servers and that others involved illegally had passwords to those servers she had not given them and did not know about. Federal law holds that all data must be secure and be retained for a period of 20 months after an election for purposes of a forensic audit. That means that every voting machine company who violated that law should have both been criminally charged as well as lost their contract with those respective counties in the states to use them. Ms. Peters is innocent and she should sue all those involved. She should have immediately been classified as a Federal Whistleblower by the Joe Biden Administration and been entitled to all of the protections that is due.

The second proof of my legal prowess, which is unrelated to this story but is still pretty funny and interesting…

There has been hot tea that both the Coldplay Concert jumbotron cunoodlers are going to file lawsuits against the Coldplay band, or one another, or whoever (the stories real or rumored vary with source)… The only problem is, a little research reveals the State of Massachusetts happens to be one of the few states left with laws against adultery.

I am no lawyer, sorry Mom, but it would appear this is one case that will be done before it gets filed. The offenders will not get to play the role of victims.
