If Federal Food Assistance Programs End, Theft Begins

5Mind. The Meme Platform

Many patriotic Americans well versed in American History have been accusing the Democrats of wanting to trigger a second civil war. Letters are being sent out from the Department of Agriculture directing states to pause EBT and SNAP benefits beginning November due to the current Government shutdown and the lack of a Federal budget.

Related U.S. food assistance programs (previously called “food stamps”) are as follows.

EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) is the electronic system used to deliver SNAP and WIC benefits through a card that functions like a debit card.

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) provides low-income individuals and families with funds to buy food.

WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children) provides specific healthy foods, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support to pregnant women, new parents, and children up to age five.

What seems dire is the fact that we now have low income people openly threatening civil unrest on social media platforms such as TikTok if this scenario comes to pass. They are threatening to openly rob grocery stores when they get hungry and don’t get their public aid.

For many years the good teachers of America have been sounding the alarm about the younger generations, starting with Gen Z, as being the “entitlement generation”. They wanted learning to come easy and the “A” letter grades without putting work to earn them. These attitudes are climaxing in what is shown in some of these video clips seen on this episode of the Liberal Hivemind podcast.

“Shutdown EXPOSES a MAJOR problem for Democrats!!!” – Liberal Hivemind

Nobody should be committing a crime to be fed in a nation as great as the United States of America. The scenario being portrayed above is exactly what the socialist/communist/globalist want to sow, anarchy and chaos in America.

Thanks to the Democrats the shutdown continues and therefore the hunger of some Americans will continue. Google AI offers the following resources for hungry Americans. It is also recommended that Americans contact your Democrat U.S. Senators to tell them to end the shutdown.

“Emergency food resources

Food banks and pantries: Organizations like Feeding America can help you find local food banks and pantries in your area by entering your ZIP code. These locations provide groceries or prepared meals for free.

Soup kitchens: These are a great resource for a free, hot meal. Many cities have soup kitchens that serve food daily.

Mobile pantries: These are trucks that bring free food to your neighborhood, which is helpful if you live far from food pantries or stores.

Religious organizations: Churches and other community or religious groups often have food assistance programs or can direct you to resources.

Other options

Contact local restaurants: Some restaurants may have food they are discarding at the end of the night. You can ask kitchen staff if they have anything you can have.

Dial 2-1-1: In many areas, dialing 2-1-1 connects you to a community resource specialist who can provide information on local food and other assistance programs.”

Another thing that could be done is local communities could pitch in and buy meal gift cards to feed individuals at local fast-food restaurant franchise outlets. People of means could buy $10 and $20 meal gift cards to drop off at local police departments to allow them to distribute them as a means to both defuse hostile situations and improve relationships between law enforcement and the community.

News stories such as this one are now taking place across the country.

“Food stamps and SNAP benefits impacted by government shutdown” – FOX4 Dallas/Ft. Worth

CONCLUSION:

Now would be a good time for elected politicians to heed the warnings of those on social media threatening crimes of theft and shoplifting if Federal food assistance benefits are paused. The amount of work making arrests and filing police reports could be overwhelming for law enforcement if this situation occurs.

And this should be a non-partisan pro-American situation because we already know how this will end if we, the people, do not get proactive now. We have seen how this played out in Chicago just recently. Major franchises like Walmart got robbed by flash mobs of thieves so frequently they finally said, “Screw it, we’re out.”

Walmart Announces Closure of Four Chicago Stores” – April 11, 2023

I still have not gotten over the irony of this. Walmart fought so hard for so many years to enter the pro-union city of Chicago to build their stores and staff them with non-union labor and then a bunch of unemployed (non-union) hooligans ran them out of town.

And for the record, Walmart did not get hurt as bad as all the civilized people living in those parts of Chicago did. They now live in what is termed a “grocery/pharmacy desert” where nothing is nearby their homes for them to shop.

One can imagine this situation turning violent as good people will want to protect their grocery stores from bad people wanting to rob them blind, causing their stores to close.
