Josh Hammer of Newsweek talks to โWar Roomโ host Steve Bannon about his new article at the Spectator calledย โNow is the time for a strong social conservatism,โย in which he says that Joe Bidenโs embrace of transhumanism and declaring that children have a moral right to โgender-affirming care,โ i.e. self-mutilation, is a slap in the face to โwe the peopleโ who wish to protect children from predators. Itโs time to fight back! Your children are waiting for you to stand up and protect them. (This segment begins with video of the trans-gender Dylan Mulvaney and his interview with President Joe Biden.)
As Biden kowtows to Dylan Mulvaneyโs trans ideology, the right should say: game on
President Bidenโs recent interview with transexual TikToker Dylan Mulvaney is a clarifying event for anyone who pays attention to Americaโs culture wars. The first notable aspect of the interview was the mere fact that it happened โ that the president of the United States, in the home stretch of a midterm election season, deemed it a prudent use of his time to sit down with such a radical activist. The second notable aspect of the interview is what our senile commander-in-chief said in the course of his conversation.
At one point, Mulvaney asked our hapless supremo if he thinks states should be permitted to โban gender-affirming health care.โ (NB: โbanning gender-affirming healthcareโ is Newspeak for โprotecting innocents from the delusional, Hippocratic Oath-violative predations of those who seek to chemically castrate or hormonally pervert others.โ) Bidenโs extremely telling answer: โI donโt think any state or anybody should have the right to do that โ as a moral question and as a legal question. I just think itโs wrong.โ
Translation: John has a โnaturalโ right to chop off his sexual appendage if he wakes up one day thinking he is Jane, and Sally has a constitutional right to chop off her perfectly healthy bosoms if she arises one morning convinced she is Samuel. The states do not have the โrightโ as sovereign actors in Americaโs constitutional order to ban these โsurgeries,โ as both a โmoralโ matter and a โlegalโ matter. In this sense, the woke would have us believe that โgender-affirming careโ is the next same-sex โmarriageโ โ too pressing a โcivil rightโ to be left to the democratic whims of the benighted citizenry. So much for โour democracy,โ whose state Democrats invariably bewail when the topic turns to the January 6 jamboree.
