When I was a little kid the Attorney General was often referred to by the public and media as “America’s Top Cop”.
Last week US Attorney General Merrick Garland came out after the Presidential Debate on ABC to seemingly try to discredit former President Donald Trump’s assertion that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has been weaponized to go after the Democrat’s political opponents.
“It’s called weaponization. It’s never happened in this country. They (Democrats) weaponized the Justice Department. Every one of those cases was involved with the DOJ from Atlanta and Fani Willis, Attorney General of New York (Letitia James), and the DA in New York (Alvin Bragg). It’s weaponization and they used it and it’s never happened in this country. They used it.”
By now, every thinking American agrees with Donald Trump and can see this for what it is, lawfare. Trump is right, America has never experienced this before but technically, these prosecutors should be prosecuted themselves for; prosecutorial misconduct, legal malpractice, harassment, misapplication of the law, violation of Constitutional rights, and malice with intent. As one expert recently noted, “Nobody believes these partisan clowns anymore. We are talking about a man who built New York City and has never broken the law in 75 years and now, all of a sudden, he has 91 criminal charges against him?”
It is to be noted that since this quote occurred, those 91 are now whittled down to 12.

Candidate for president and vice president Kamala Harris used these bogus charges as a political talking point in the ABC presidential debate of last week.
“Well, I think this is so rich coming from someone who has been prosecuted for National security crimes, economic crimes, election interference, has been found liable for sexual assault, and his next big court appearance is in November at his own criminal sentencing. And let’s be clear, where each person stands on the issue of what is important about respect for the rule of law and respect for law enforcement. The former vice president called for defunding federal law enforcement 45,000 agents get this on the day after he was arraigned on 34 felony counts.”
(Did she unwittingly out herself and predict the future when she said, “The former vice president called for defunding law enforcement…”?) Trump is not a former vice president but she should soon be one.
This will no doubt cost her votes since most Americans suspect she was behind this charade all along. Americans were waiting for her to use this in the debate. They are onto the Democrats wrongful partisan prosecutions for political ends and they are angry.
Proof of how AG Merrick Garland and the Democrats are wrong for America and may even be guilty of treason is in the number of independent non-profit legal organizations and the number of lawsuits they have filed the last 4 years alone. CONCLUSION:
As just one example of why Merrick Garland is America’s DIRTY Top Cop…
Americans have had a lot of problems with the FBI/DOJ raid of former President Donald Trump’s Florida Mar-a-Lago home supposedly seeking classified documents.
- President Trump had been cooperating with the National Archives and FBI offices and secured the documents as they instructed him to do so in a locked closet. He thought they were on good terms.
- President Trump has 5 years, by law, to relinquish any documents back the National Archives after he is done having them according to the Presidential Records Act.
- Out of all of those boxes displayed by the media at Mar-a-Lago, each box capable of holding 5,000 sheets of paper, when the investigation was concluded less than two reams of paper (1,000 pages) were rated highly classified.
- President Trump could have said those last 1,000 pages were declassified before he left office by him and that ends all discussions.
- President Trump told the public and the press most of those boxes contained clothes and personal belongings and not governmental documents.
- Early this year a new story was leaked to the press what the raid was REALLY all about; A missing 10-inch binder of declassified information detailing how former CIA Director John Brennan ordered the initial spying operation into Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign exposing the Obama administration’s explanation for how and why it began Crossfire Hurricane, the secret counterintelligence investigation into Donald Trump’s campaign.
- This summer court documents revealed Biden’s DOJ authorized the use of “deadly force” in the Mar-a-Lago raid.
And the main reason I think Merrick Garland is a DIRTY Top Cop worthy of impeachment or worse…
Joe Biden had the same type of classified documents in his garage and 3 other locations around the country! Documents he was not even legally allowed to possess as a former senator and vice president, AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO HIM!
