Biden’s Last Minute Illegitimate and Illegal Pardons

In literally the last hours of his presidency Joe Biden (or his handlers) have “preemptively” pardoned the likes of Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and members of the J6 Select Committee as well as others some speculated may have faced criminal investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday.

But legal questions are already circulating Washington, D.C. and the nation. Questions such as:

  • How can you pardon somebody not yet charged with wrongdoing?
  • Why do innocent people need to be pardoned?
  • If somebody accepts a Biden pardon without criminal charges, is that an admission of guilt?
  • Is treason even a pardonable offense?
  • If Joe Biden stole the election in 2020, and it can be proven, does that make him illegitimate?
  • If Joe Biden is a criminal himself, are the pardons voided with his prosecution and conviction?
  • Will President Trump pursue judgement or offer grace as we move forward?

In addition to the named individuals the preemptive pardons also apply to, “Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee.”

Fauci was presumably given his pardon because people in this country and from around the world have want him to face a Nuremberg-style trial for “crimes against humanity” both for his involvement in the COVID-19 gain-of-function virus creation and the Moderna cure as well as his tyrannical “Fauci Protocol” of how doctors and hospitals were made to address it for federal reimbursement funding or face loss of licensing.

Milley was presumably given his pardon for the phone call he made to his counterpart in China as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2020 going behind the back of President Donald Trump who was Commander-in-Chief. This constituted an act of treason everyone could see.

The D.C. police officers who were granted pardons were those who testified before the J6 Committee in 2021 where it has since been revealed they may have perjured themselves.

Thus far those who engaged in a synchronized campaign of lawfare against President Trump have not been pardoned. Those at the top of this alleged scheme include Special Counsel Jack Smith, former FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland. Some speculate that they may have some sort of immunity as they operated doing their jobs in an official capacity but that could be put to the test with a charge of conspiracy to commit malicious prosecution with malice intent.

On Monday Gen. Milley issued a statement.

“My family and I are deeply grateful for the President’s action today,” he wrote. “After forty-three years of faithful service in uniform to our Nation, protecting and defending the Constitution, I do not wish to spend whatever remaining time the Lord grants me fighting those who unjustly might seek retribution for perceived slights.

I do not want to put my family, my friends, and those with whom I served through the resulting distraction, expense, and anxiety.”

Condemnation of these last minute Biden preemptive pardons began to pour in immediately from both the American public as well as some elected officials.

One notable one came from Tom Fitton who is founder of Judicial Watch posted to “X” (formerly Twitter):

“PARDONGATE: @realDonaldTrump  should ignore the preemptive, blanket pardons just issued by whoever is running the Biden WH. Specifically, President Trump should immediately court-martial Milley and proceed as appropriate in criminally investigating Fauci and any one else on the Biden’s list. The blanket pardons issued by Biden are invalid and constitutional nullities and should be considered to have no legal force or effect.”

CONCLUSION:

I was against Joe Biden running and being elected president in 2020 and not because I am a diehard Republican or MAGA Trump supporter. I was against Joe Biden because he is a 50+ year career politician of Washington, D.C. who I cannot find a single thing (law or act) he accomplished credited to his name. For a short time, before he became a senator, he was an attorney in private practice and, there again, I cannot find a single case he ever tried. I was against Joe Biden because he was and is a pathological liar and no American, regardless of party, should ever tolerate that in a candidate for our highest office.

Biden got kicked to the curb for plagiarism by the news media in 1987 and should have been kicked to the curb again in 2020 over the Hunter Biden laptop from Hell scandal but, instead, the media wrongfully embraced him and provided cover for him.

And when it comes to pardons, Joe Biden has once again proven himself the same old serial liar of the past as he is in the present and will remain in the future.

“All the times Joe Biden has said he won’t pardon son Hunter” – The Independent

At this point in history it is pretty obvious Joe Biden is guilty of abusing the powers of the presidency and as I always repeat the old adage, “The math never lies.”

  • Bill Clinton (1993-2001) 459
  • George W. Bush (2001-2009)     200
  • Barack Obama (2009-2017)     1,927
  • Donald Trump (2017-2021)        237
  • Joe Biden (2021-2025)            8,064

I would support incoming President Donald Trump in his prosecution of outgoing president Joe Biden, not because we should be vindictive or seek retribution, but because I think he was a criminal in 2020 who evaded prosecution.  He now needs to be held up as an example because as he preached so many times in the recent past, “Nobody is above the law.”

Americans hate liars and they hate hypocrites and Joe Biden is both!
