Biden’s Preemptive Pardons Can Be Voided

5Mind. The Meme Platform

As we have mentioned in a previous article, President Donald Trump can address every illegal and unconstitutional wrong done by the Democrats to Republicans in the last 5 years with judgement or grace.

Some assumed former president Joe Biden’s preemptive pardons granted this month in the last hours of his presidency would take prevent President Trump from getting justice, but now there is ample evidence to take before the Department of Justice (DOJ) and/or Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to get Biden’s betrayal of office and public trust voided.

The grounds President Trump could use are twofold, leading Democrats such as Senator Chuck Schumer previously said this was wrong in 2020 and more recently, Joe Biden, acting as president may not have even known what he was signing!

Recent revelations have come about by House Speaker Mike Johnson that Joe Biden was asked to sign documents where he was given documents by someone where he had no idea what he was signing.

“’Biden Had NO Idea’ – Mike Johnson Reveals SHOCKING Inside Info On Biden’s Cognitive Decline” – Valuetainment

At the 5 minute mark in this video House Speaker Johnson revealed this conversation between himself and president Joe Biden:

“Real quickly Mr. President can I ask you a question? I cannot answer this to from my constituents in Louisiana. Sir why did you pause LNG exports to Europe? Like I don’t, you know… Liquefied natural gas is in great demand by our allies. Why would you do that? Because you understand we just talked about Ukraine? You understand you’re fueling Vladimir Putin’s war machine because they got to get their gas from him, you know?

And he looks at me, stunned, with this and he said ‘I didn’t, I, I didn’t do that.”

And I said, ‘Mr. President you, yes you did. It was an executive order like you know 3 weeks ago.’

And he goes, “No I didn’t do that!”

He’s arguing with me. I said, ‘Mr. President, respectfully can I, could I, go out here and ask your secretary to print it out we’ll read it together? You definitely did that.’

And he goes, ‘Oh you talk about natural gas?!’

‘Yes sir.’

He said, ‘No, no, I you misunderstand,’ he said.

‘What I did is I signed this thing to… we’re going to we’re going to conduct a study on the effects of LNG.’

‘I said no you’re not sir, you paused it. I know I, I, have the terminal the export terminal in my state. I talked to those people this morning. You’re… this is doing massive damage to our economy National Security. I

It occurred to me, Bari (Weiss), he was not lying to me. He genuinely did not know. And I walked out of that meeting with fear because I thought, we’re in serious trouble. Who is running the country? Like I don’t know who put the paper in front of him but he didn’t know!”

This interview between Speaker Mike Johnson and Bari Weiss (podcaster of “Honestly”) came out on the heels of an explosive opinion editorial of a month ago in The Wall Street Journal.

How the White House Functioned With a Diminished Biden in Charge” – WSJ

The implication, as we have noted before, it would appear those surrounding Joe Biden were guilty of elder abuse. But Speaker Johnson’s revelation could kick those charges up to actual treason if somebody was knowingly having Biden sign documents where he was not aware of their contents. This could make every pardon and clemency he granted null and void.

Another argument Trump could use to reverse Biden’s pre-pardons is Democrat leaders said it was wrong in 2020 when Trump discussed preemptive pardons but now that Biden has actually done so in 2025 these same Democrats seem to be missing in action (MIA).

“Democrats Hypocrisy on Preemptive Pardons” – Fox News

So which is it? You can’t have it both ways, CHUCK SCHUMER! If the concept was wrong in 2020, it has to remain wrong in 2025 because you set the precedent.

CONCLUSION:

From the perspective of the American public, Democrats can do no wrong, and Republicans can do nothing right. This began back in the days of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State when FBI Director James Comey gave her a free pass relative to destruction of evidence as some 30,000 emails went missing on a non-secure private server in violation of government rules and regulations.

Democrats escaping justice and consequences for wrongdoings is dangerous. It will encourage American citizens to take the law into their own hands where they might come after pardoned and pre-pardoned individuals of either a Biden or Trump administration to act as judge, jury, and executioner. In the case of Anthony Fauci, for example, some one million Americans lost their lives in the COVID-19 pandemic. It has since been revealed he had a hand in developing that virus as well as the supposed Moderna cure. The odds of a family member of one of those one million wanting to demand their pound of flesh are significantly high, given simple mathematical odds.

To my way of thinking, for now, these people who could become vigilantes are standing down awaiting the wheels of justice to start turning against actual and/or perceived wrongdoers.

“Biden’s Preemptive Pardons Undermine Official Accountability and the Rule of Law” – Reason

Once again the legacy media is trying to portray Donald Trump as the bad guy as he was simply discussing the idea preemptive pardons back in 2020. He was doing this, presumably, because he had insider information about the Deep State (packed with Soros judges and prosecuting attorneys) was going to come after him and his family in a new practice of lawfare.

“Joe Biden’s preemptive pardons expose deep state corruption” – Sky News Australia

This is the difference, once again, between Trump and Biden. Trump is an honorable and decent man out for the country. Biden is a despicable criminal-at-large out for himself.

Trump’s fears for himself and his family back in 2020 were well founded as per this video of Kamala Harris in 2010 from ten years prior.

“Kamala openly bragged about the POWER she had as a Prosecutor.” – Talks at Google

“The power I have as a prosecutor is that with a swipe of my pen, I can charge someone with a misdemeanor, the lowest level offense possible. And by virtue of that swipe of my pen, you will have to go to a courthouse and stand in line. You will have to come out of pocket and hire an attorney. You may get arrested for a few hours… all because with the swipe of my pen I’ve charged you with a crime, which I may choose to dismiss two weeks later.”

When you think about it, Kamala Harris may very well be the founding mother of lawfare in this nation and, if she is, she has the stench of George Soros all over her.
