There is a black liberal comedian who we are hearing about recently. His stage name is Druski and his real name is Drew Desbordes. In his shticks he dresses up and imitates the personalities of others. Recently he thought it would be funny to dress up as Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, to imitate and mock her. His videos went viral overnight.
Some are posting that his makeup and attire were so convincing the AI application Grok on
“X” actually mistook him for her. This is false and the backstories circulating about Druski’s skit are false as well, as is noted in this summary by Google AI.
“Reports regarding an official response from Erika Kirk to Druski’s viral parody skit are mixed, with many viral claims being debunked as false. Here is the breakdown of the situation as of late March 2026:
- No Direct Response or Lawsuit: Contrary to viral rumors, a representative for Druski confirmed that no cease-and-desist letter or legal action was initiated by Erika Kirk.
- Fabricated Quotes: Claims that Kirk responded directly to Druski on social media, or that she demanded Elon Musk remove the video from X, are based on fabricated, edited images and fake screenshots.
- Unverified “Clap Back” Claims: While some Instagram posts have circulated in late March 2026 alleging that Kirk “clapped back” with comments about a “double standard” regarding race and comedy (e.g., “But if I did blackface… I’d be cancelled”), other reports indicate she has not officially or publicly addressed the skit.
- The Skit: Druski’s video, which parodies conservative women and has been widely associated with Kirk, garnered over 40 million views on X, creating significant online debate.
In summary, the most reliable reports, including those from Newsweek, state that the rumors of a legal battle or direct response from Erika Kirk are false.”
Druski never uses Erika Kirk’s name with her likeness and comedy parody is protected free speech under the First Amendment of the Constitution.
We thought it would be wise to see what a conservative comedian named “JP” whose real name is Jonathan Patrick Sears, thought of Druski’s skit. JP Sears is an American conservative YouTube comedian who has over 3 million followers to Druski’s supposed 12 million.
“Erika Kirk Mocked in Mega Viral Video!” – JP Reacts
I respect JP both as class act and funny guy. This was his summary of what Druski did in this comedy skit.
“Even though I have criticisms of the same person (Erika Kirk) that Druski is mocking, I will say I didn’t find this video funny.
Um, I found it a little bit distasteful, if I’m being honest, because some of the scenes… We didn’t watch this one (of the clips JP showed), but when she was pulling up at the drive-thru and um, like he took a lot of liberties. I haven’t seen any evidence that those behaviors he portrayed are actually hers.
So with that said, I don’t think it was effective in terms of a critical thinking mechanism, nor did I necessarily enjoy the humor of it. I’m not grossly offended. I certainly understand why people would be offended.
Not that I support people getting offended. Like, yeah, that’s a good use of your time and your emotional energies. Uh, but I understand it, and for that matter, I understand why people are offended when I put things out. So, with that said, in the name of calling balls and strikes as I see them, I didn’t like this. I didn’t like it. I don’t like it.
Duski absolutely has the right to make it. He has the freedom to do so because he still lives in what is the greatest country in the world, and that’s America. You are free to say words that you want to say, ladies and gentlemen. And other people are free to like them or not like them. It’s all part of freedom. That’s what I think about this.
Let me know what you think about this Erica Kirk parody in the comments below. Look forward to gathering your thoughts on it. See you next time. Until then, stay free.”
CONCLUSION:
My parents raised me to think critically. They also raised me not to be racist. How I felt about Druski’s skit was complex and mixed.
The one thing I truly hate is hypocrisy. If black liberals think it is fair and funny for Druski to do “white face” they better be prepared for a conservative comedic revival of “black face” and liberals make for a target rich environment such as Maxine Waters, Cory Booker, Jasmine Crockett, Hakeem Jeffries, and Al Green, to name some of the easier targets.
“Druski’s viral whiteface skit isn’t racism. It’s satire that punches up at power” – The Conversation
There was a part of me that wanted to laugh at Druski portrayal of Erika Kirk, not because she is typical of conservative women, but because there is much controversy surrounding her relative to the death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, and about their lives before his death.
