Biden Regime Illegally Censors Information and Tells Media What to Do

The Biden Regime has been engaged in active censorship of facts and information in an effort to lie to the American people and release misinformation and propaganda. Recently, a court issued a strong rebuke and ordered the Biden Regime to stop violating the Constitution, to stop censoring facts and information and to comply with the law. The Court in the State of Missouri vs Joseph R. Biden concluded that โ€œGenerally speaking, officials from the White House and the Surgeon Generalโ€™s office had extensive, organized communications with platformsโ€ and โ€œcoercedโ€ Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other platforms to lie about COVID-19 by only allowing government supported articles and opinions and to censor anyone who disagreed with Fauci and Biden.

The court found that the Biden regime engaged in massive, and illegal, censorship and โ€œthe [democrat] officials were not shy in their requestsโ€”they asked the platforms to remove posts โ€œASAPโ€ and accounts โ€œimmediately,โ€ and to โ€œslow downโ€ or โ€œdemoteโ€ content. In doing so, the officials were โ€œpersistent and angry.โ€ Like most leftists, โ€œpersistent and angryโ€ is their trademark. It was also revealed that democrat activist Katie Hobbs petulantly demanded social media companies to censor her opposition. No one who believes in censorship should be in public office. We value freedom of speech in America.

Earlier this week the Biden White House sent out a directive to CNN, NBC, ABC and all mainstream media outlets demanding that, instead of covering the impeachment proceedings against Biden and his corruption, to instead ignore that and focus on harming Republicans. Bidenโ€™s staff instructed its lap dog media that: โ€œItโ€™s time for the media to ramp up its scrutiny of House Republicans for opening an impeachment inquiry.โ€ In other words, the Biden White House appears to control the main stream media, or at least thinks it does, and openly collaborates with these โ€œnewsโ€ agencies on creating a fake news story instead of focusing on the corruption in D.C. This should be added to the list of offenses for impeachment.

The takeaway was clear: do Bidenโ€™s bidding, or else. As George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley noted, โ€œThe letter removes any pretense of separation between the Biden personal legal team and the White House Counselโ€™s office.โ€

When it comes to Washington, D.C., Americans deserve truth and transparency, nothing less.
