The Democrats and mainstream media are embracing a few new Trump attack talking points after the successful invasion and raid into Venezuela to capture and arrest two narco terrorists, the illegitimate communist Venezuela president Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores.
These canned misinformation talking points of both the RINO Republicans (Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene – R/GA) and socialist Democrats (Sen. Adam Schiff – D/CA) run as follows:
- Trump violated International law.
- Trump kidnapped president Maduro.
- Trump started a war without Congressional approval.
- Trump is distracting from the Epstein Files
The truth is President Donald Trump has the Constitution, the law and American history on his side to do what he did in this Nicolas Maduro arrest incident. The documentation and proof to blow up the anti-Trump narrative talking points of the Democrats, RINO Republicans, socialists and communists of this country are as follows:
- Article II of the Constitution
establishes the Executive Branch, vesting power in the President, outlining their election via the Electoral College, defining their duties (like Commander-in-Chief, making treaties, appointing officers), and detailing impeachment procedures for removal (Treason, Bribery, other high Crimes and Misdemeanors). - Monroe Doctrine
declared by President James Monroe in 1823, is a core U.S. foreign policy opposing European colonialism in the Americas, asserting separate spheres for Europe and the Western Hemisphere, and warning against further colonization or interference, which later evolved to justify U.S. intervention as protector of the region, influencing U.S. strategy for centuries by defining the Americas as a U.S. sphere of influence. - War Powers act of 1973
is a U.S. law limiting the President’s ability to commit troops to armed conflict without Congressional approval, requiring the President to notify Congress within 48 hours of deploying forces, and mandating withdrawal within 60-90 days unless Congress authorizes the action, all to reassert legislative power after the Vietnam War. - Trump is not in the Epstein Files, Epstein was a Democrat who hung out with Democrats.
This talking point has proven futile over the last two decades but the socialist liberals will not let it go. Conservatives point out to these low IQ liberals that if Trump was in these files with any evidence of victimizing women and children, the Joe Biden administration would have used it making this entire talking point irrelevant.
Here’s a list of the U.S. presidents who have authorized military actions without specific Congressional approval, organized chronologically by presidents and incidents. These actions were justified under the president’s constitutional authority as Commander in Chief or under previous authorizations such as the 2001 or 2002 AUMF (Authorization for Use of Military Force), but they did not involve new congressional votes beforehand:
Harry S. Truman
• Korea (1950) – Deployed U.S. forces and authorized airstrikes in Korea without formal Congressional declaration of war.
Dwight D. Eisenhower
• Lebanon (1958) – Ordered U.S. air and naval forces into Lebanon to stabilize a political crisis.
John F. Kennedy
• Cuba (1961–1962) – Bay of Pigs (though indirectly supported), and later the Cuban Missile Crisis military posture.
Lyndon B. Johnson
• Vietnam (1964) – Gulf of Tonkin airstrikes occurred before the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution was passed.
Richard Nixon
• Cambodia & Laos (1969–1973) – Conducted secret and unauthorized bombing campaigns as part of Vietnam War.
Jimmy Carter
• Iran (1980) – Operation Eagle Claw failed attempt to free hostages in Iran.
Ronald Reagan
• Libya (1986) – Bombed Tripoli and Benghazi in retaliation for the Berlin discotheque bombing.
• Grenada (1983) – Invasion and airstrikes without prior congressional approval.
George H. W. Bush
• Panama (1989) – Invasion and airstrikes to oust Manuel Noriega.
• Iraq (1990–1991) – Airstrikes began before Congress passed a resolution approving Desert Storm.
Bill Clinton
• Bosnia (1995) – NATO airstrikes in Bosnia without Congressional approval.
• Iraq (1998) – Operation Desert Fox airstrikes against Saddam Hussein.
• Kosovo (1999) – 78-day NATO bombing campaign without Congressional approval.
George W. Bush
• Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia (2001–2009) – Authorized drone strikes relying on the 2001 AUMF but without specific country-by-country authorization.
Barack Obama
• Libya (2011) – Air campaign as part of NATO action to topple Gaddafi, without Congressional approval.
• Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Yemen (2014–2016) – Airstrikes against ISIS and other terror groups under 2001 AUMF, no new authorization sought.
Donald Trump
• Syria (2017, 2018) – Airstrikes against Assad regime over chemical weapons, without Congressional approval.
• Iraq (2020) – Ordered airstrike that killed Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.
Joe Biden
• Syria (2021, 2022) – Airstrikes on Iranian-backed militia groups.
• Somalia & Yemen (ongoing) – Continued air campaigns under prior AUMFs.
CONCLUSION:
Every U.S. president from Truman to Biden has authorized military airstrikes or operations without direct and new Congressional approval at some point during their presidency so this is not a new action by President Donald Trump.
Real American patriots need to start to question the motives of these people outright lying about President Trump as they spread propaganda style misinformation. They are now the ones who should be under the microscope, not President Trump.
Not all Democrats and RINO Republicans are Trump deranged unhinged idiots these days though. One Democrat attorney, A. Ari Aramesh, went viral on social media for what he said is offered here:
من از همحزبیهای دموکراتم، بهویژه آنهایی در مجلس نمایندگان و سنا که هنوز ذرهای به امنیت ملی اهمیت میدهند، میخواهم بیدار شوند. فقط چون ترامپ، ترامپ است یا جمهوریخواه است، به او حمله نکنید. دستگیری مادورو و کشاندن او به اینجا مثل یک مجرم، نمایش قدرت آمریکاست. ترساندن… https://t.co/CqSzOhNxZc

“I urge my fellow Democrats, especially those in the House and Senate who still give a damn about national security, to wake up. Stop attacking Trump just because he’s Trump or a Republican. Capturing Maduro and hauling him here like a criminal is American strength. Scaring the hell out of dictators like Khamenei and warning there will be consequences for murdering protesters is a good thing. This isolationist brain rot is killing us.
Support assertive, pro-American 🇺🇸 foreign policy. I’m a Democrat, and I’m telling Democrats to stop whining, stop being reflexively weak, and start leading, or you’re going to be on the wrong side of history and lose a lot of people.”

Another Democrat worth our respect these days is Democrat Senator out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania John Fetterman who posted this:
Grateful for our U.S. military personnel that handled these orders in Venezuela with precision.
— U.S. Senator John Fetterman (@SenFettermanPA) January 3, 2026
I maintain that we have the STRONGEST and MOST LETHAL military in the world—today proves that even more. 🇺🇸
