A story began to circulate the Internet Thursday that a whistleblower employee of ABC News is reportedly set to disclose an affidavit alleging the Harris campaign received preview questions very similar to those asked in the debate prior to the debate. The whistleblower also alleges Harris received guarantees only Trump would be fact-checked during the event by the moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis. In fact, the two moderators tag team fact checked former President Donald Trump 7 times in the 90 minute debate while fact checking vice president Kamala Harris not one time.
This whistleblower claim, if substantiated, could significantly undermine the perceived fairness of the presidential debate, implying a bias in media moderation. The accusation raises questions about the integrity of broadcast political debates and the role of the mainstream media in shaping electoral outcomes by way of potentially biased practices. It could cause ABC to be congressionally investigated for election interference with the threat of loss of FCC license.
Interestingly, this story seems to have broken by way of a Democrat named Mark Penn who was a former Clinton adviser. He is now calling for a probe into the alleged rigging of the ABC Harris-Trump Debate which aired Tuesday night September 10th of this week at 9:00PM ET.
Penn is urging ABC News to investigate the claims that Harris’ team allegedly received advance notice of the debate questions as well as assurances she would not be fact-checked.
No concrete evidence from a whistleblower has surfaced yet, but the accusations are drawing intense interest. It explains why Harris seemed to do better than expected while Trump seemingly had to spend too much time on defense in a three against one battle.
Former Clinton pollster Mark Penn criticized ABC News hosts Linsey Davis and David Muir Thursday, accusing them of endangering future presidential debates because of their biased moderation.
Penn was interviewed by Fox News host Harris Faulkner, “I’m really concerned about what ABC did. When the refs put their finger on the scale, you’ve gotta throw out the score of the game. What would have happened in that debate had they challenged Harris and said ‘you know, that’s not right what you said there about Charlottesville.’ We don’t know how she would have reacted, and then Trump wouldn’t have had to spend all his time on the [defensive]. I think they did a real disservice to the voters of America when they did that and they put in jeopardy the institutions of debate.”
Penn released the following statement on the social media platform “X” (formerly Twitter).
“I will be releasing an affidavit from and ABC whistleblower regarding the debate. I have just signed a non-disclosure agreement with the attorney of the whistleblower. The affidavit states how the Harris campaign was given sample question which were essentially the same questions that were given during the debate and separate assurances of fact checking Donald Trump and that she would NOT be fact checked. Accordingly, the affidavit states several other factors that were built into the debate to give Kamala a significant advantage. I have seen and read the affidavit and after the attorney blacks out the name of the whistleblower and other information that could dox the whistleblower, I will release the full affidavit. I will be releasing the affidavit before the weekend is out.”
Presidential candidate Kamala Harris made multiple misstatements during the debate, including about abortion and Project 2025, according to “Check Your Fact”, Muir and Davis did not interrupt or “fact check” her during the debate Penn noted.

Aside from one interview vice president Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Vance granted CNN host Dana Bash in August, Harris has not done an interview or press conference since Biden announced he was ending his reelection bid July 21st. Harris has posted an “issues” section on her campaign website, but it appeared to be a cut-and-paste job from the reelection website for President Joe Biden.

CONCLUSION:
As we reported yesterday, CNN News did a tally of supposed lies during the debate and logged Kamala Harris with 1 and Donald Trump with 33. That report and graphic in and of itself was a CNN lie.
This ABC presidential debate was corrupt and here are the points we have logged thus far.
- There is a back story that some of the questions were written specifically to trigger former President Donald Trump to lose his temper (the 2020 election one).
- Harris seemed to have been given the questions in advance because she had ready-made answers and never engaged in her usual word salads when she is lacking an intelligent answer.
- Harris seemed to have an earpiece (Nova H1 Audio Earrings) for an offstage coach to talk to her during the debate. Her measured speech at times, and lack of her usual word salads, seemed to indicate she was talking after somebody else.
- The Disney/ABC News Director executive Dana Walden is a personal friend of Kamala Harris who is said to have introduced her to her husband.
- ABC News Linsey Davis is actually a sorority sister of Kamala Harris at Harvard University in Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA).

Democrats are rapidly getting a reputation of lying, cheating, and stealing. They had better watch their backs. They were safer in the old days when they were simply known as “Tax and spend Democrats.”
As an interesting side note, ABC News posted video shorts of Kamala Harris’ closing statement and Donald Trump’s closing statement. Harris’ video got 4 million views with 200,000 likes as of Thursday while Trump’s video got 18 million views and 1. 4 million likes!
Donald Trump is winning this election!
Some are speculating, if this whistleblower is legitimate, it could require the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to review ABC’s broadcast license for engaging in Federal election interference.
