Fake Porn Account Lawsuit Filed Against Fairfax School Board Candidate

The lawsuit accuses a school board candidate of creating a fake porn account in the name of a mom who is a national figure in the fight against porn in schools.

A Virginia mother who became an overnight national figure in the crusade against pornographic books in public school libraries has filed a lawsuit against a school board candidate on allegations he created a fake porn account on Twitter using her name and high school yearbook picture.

In her lawsuit, Stacy Langton, a conservative mother of six children and a major Trump supporter, accuses Fairfax County School Board candidate Harry Jackson of creating the account in her name as retaliation against her for speaking out against his candidacy.

“The false and defamatory claims that Plaintiff has performed in pornography is especially and uniquely harmful to Plaintiff, as her reputation has been built on her efforts to combat the availability of pornographic and sexually explicit materials in public school libraries,” the lawsuit states.

Mr. Jackson told The Epoch Times that the allegations “are absolutely bogus,” although Mrs. Langton’s lawsuit includes evidence that shows Mr. Jackson had administrative access to the account. The lawsuit also references witness statements, including one from a former chapter leader for Moms For Liberty that claims Mr. Jackson told them Mrs. Langton is a former porn actress. Mrs. Langton told The Epoch Times the suggestion is “insane” and “extremely hurtful.”

Mr. Jackson said he plans to counter-sue Mrs. Langton for defamation. Mrs. Langton first went public with the allegations against Mr. Jackson at a press conference in August with other parents, both Democratic and Republican, who also made various allegations against Mr. Jackson.

Weeks before Mrs. Langton filed the lawsuit, the Fairfax Police Department told The Epoch Times it was investigating the creation of the porn account and executed warrants on Twitter to determine who created it.

The Epoch Times obtained correspondence from the Fairfax County Police, separate from the Fairfax police, indicating it has initiated an investigation into allegations made by one of the parents. She accused Mr. Jackson of creating a fake X account in the name of her deceased son in retaliation for speaking out against his candidacy.
