An X post on Aug. 10 said that ’september 10th will be a very interesting day.‘ It was reposted after the assassination, with the comment, ’I plead the fifth.’
The FBI is scrutinizing online accounts alleged to have signaled some awareness of Charlie Kirk’s assassination before it occurred.
Multiple accounts on X and TikTok identified by the Washington Free Beacon are “being looked at,” a source familiar with the FBI’s investigation confirmed to The Epoch Times.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is investigating social media posts by at least seven different accounts that appeared to indicate foreknowledge of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, according to three people familiar with the investigation and screenshots… pic.twitter.com/0irO0HZRvB
Suspect Tyler Robinson, 22, was apprehended after allegedly shooting and killing Kirk at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
According to screenshots highlighted by the Washington Free Beacon, one post from an X account with the handle “@TallyHallAlbum” mentioned the date of Kirk’s assassination—Sept. 10—on Sept. 3, stating that a shooting of Kirk on Sept. 10 would “be funny.”
Another X account, @altulige, wrote on Aug. 10 that “september 10th will be a very interesting day.” It followed up after the assassination with a quote-tweet of the previous post, writing, “I plead the fifth”—an apparent reference to the Fifth Amendment’s protection against self-incrimination.
An X account that reposted the quote-tweet, which went by the name “churbum75m (SAW TYLER JUNE 30),” has a near-identical handle to an account on TikTok that appears to follow Robinson’s roommate, Lance Twiggs, who appears to have posted on TikTok under the handle lanclotl.
The Epoch Times has not independently examined the screenshots and accounts highlighted by The Washington Free Beacon.
When contacted by The Epoch Times, the Justice Department did not confirm whether any individual or individuals behind the accounts have been contacted or interviewed by law enforcement or have charges pending. The department directed The Epoch Times’ questions to the FBI, which did not have any further comment.
On Sept. 13, the FBI confirmed to The Epoch Times that Robinson resides with a transgender partner who is transitioning from male to female.
Utah Gov. Spencer Cox stated that was the case to CNN’s Dana Bash on Sept. 14, saying the partner had been “very cooperative.”
The partner “had no idea that this was happening and is working with investigators right now,” Cox added.
