The Florida State Senate passed a bill last week “SB 56 Geoengineering and Weather Modification Activities” which seeks to ban weather modification in and around the state. We have written about this in previous articles after hurricane Helene tracked all the way from the Gulf of America into North Carolina with its eye seen on radar seemingly intact. This was a historical first time occurrence.

One of the reasons we took an interest in this story is because of the economic damage it was doing to friends, family, and acquaintances around the country. People we know have been having to leave Florida due to high the cost of homeowner’s insurance. Insurance is like a legal form of gambling. Insurance companies collect premium payments from clients betting that no harm will come to them and they will not have to pay out on a large number of claims.
But what has been occurring lately has had the insurance companies withdrawing coverage from entire swaths of the nation such as California and Florida both due to the unpredictability of the weather and, in the case of California run by Governor Gavin Newsom (D), poor water and forestry management. The claims of property damage have been both unpredictable and off the charts!
What was once considered only a “conspiracy theory” is now a confirmed and documented occurrence known as “geoengineering”. It is put into practice when a combination of aerial cloud seeding with aluminum, barium, strontium, titanium, magnesium, silver iodine, and graphene oxide.

It is to be noted that we are way past weather control being considered a “conspiracy theory”: as we found this gem dating back 30 years ago to 1995.

In this session on Capitol Hill Sen. Herbert Kohl (D-WI) interviews Robert Fletcher on “Weather Warfare” which proves people were blowing the whistle on this many years ago.
Weather is also controlled by High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as invented by Nikola Tesla from which the Elon Musk automobiles take their name.

The Florida controversy began last year between Hurricanes Helene and Milton when GOP firebrand and Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) had a social media post go viral claiming that the federal government was controlling the weather. Her post sparked conspiracy theories alleging that the Biden White House was attempting to influence the 2024 election.
While Greene’s theory was dismissed by politicians from both sides of the aisle, it did serve to lay the groundwork for a piece of legislation introduced a month later by Florida State Senator Ileana Garcia.
“This is about protecting Florida’s environment and public health,” said Garcia, a Republican from Miami. “With no federal guidelines in place, Florida must take responsibility for its own airspace.”
If passed by the House and signed by Governor Ron DeSantis, Garcia’s bill would make it illegal to release chemicals and substances or use any device to manipulate temperature, weather, climate, or sunlight. Violators could face third-degree felony charges. Enforcement would be handled by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), which would also operate a hotline for the public to report what they believe to be related activities.
“What I don’t want is for a loophole to continue to grow,” said Garcia. “And that we have something as powerful as weather and weather modification to be weaponized.”
CONCLUSION:
We know the technology exists to modify the weather. We know some of the organizations and inventors behind it in America. We know it has been going on for some time and used to be discussed on our news magazine shows. We also know thanks to podcasters and radar satellite time-lapsed video how HAARP is being used to steer storms throughout America.
What we do not know is who is calling the shots or at the controls and why and that should trouble very single American. We also do not know how this is orchestrated on such a widespread scale. For example, when the HAARP radars are used to play their crescendo from hell, they all have to fire at specific moments in time with specific amounts of energy. Where is this done from?

So with winds over 100 mph some 500 miles inland, a 2-day rainfall in the range of 12 to 20 inches over a large swath of western North Carolina, with over 2,000 mudslides with at least 90 people dead and or missing, it is time to take control of the weather away from mankind and give it back to God, where it belongs!
Today, I am sure the folks in Memphis, Tennessee agree as they recover from massive flooding after torrential rainstorms there.
These storms are NOT “historic”, or “Biblical”, or “1 in 100” or “1 in 1,000” year events, these storms are contrived by man!
