Here’s Why Trump Will Win the Elections

5Mind. The Meme Platform

As the November presidential elections draw closer, it’s becoming clearer that US President Joe Biden is losing his base and former President Donald Trump is becoming the preferred candidate among a majority of voters.

Even CNN has turned against the president.

During a sit-down interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett last week, President Biden was defensive about his record on the economy after polling showed that Americans trust Trump more than Biden on the economy.

“We’ve already turned it around,” Biden claimed.

“The polling data has been wrong all along,” Biden told Burnett. “You guys do a poll at CNN, how many folks do you have to call to get one response? The idea that we’re in a situation where things are so bad … When I started this administration, people were saying there’s gonna be a collapse in the economy. We have the strongest economy in the world. Let me say that again, in the world.”

But Biden is completely wrong.

Polls show that Americans are less optimistic about the state of the U.S. economy than they have been in recent months and show concern about inflation persisting. Their confidence in Biden on the economy is among the lowest Gallup has measured for any president since 2001.

In contrast to Biden, forty-six percent of U.S. adults say they have “a great deal” or “a fair amount” of confidence in Trump to do or recommend the right thing for the economy, while fewer say the same of Biden (38%).

Even CNN’s Fareed Zakaria is concerned that Biden appears to be losing to Trump.

Zakaria is now pessimistic about Biden’s re-election chances, saying “trend lines are not working in [his] favor” and that the president must do “something bold” to revive his candidacy.

Zakaria told viewers over the weekend that his earlier prediction that Biden would prevail in a re-match with former President Donald Trump was not “playing out as I thought it would.”

“It’s best to be honest about reality,” he said.

Zakaria also said that Trump is benefiting politically from his legal troubles and trial.

“Whatever opposition he faced in the primaries has largely melted away, and the trials against him keep him in the spotlight, infuriate his base, who sees him as a martyr and even may serve to make him the object of some sympathy among people in general who believe that his prosecutors are politically motivated,” Zakaria said.

He added that he doubted “the New York indictment would have been brought against a defendant whose name was not Donald Trump.”

According to a Philadelphia Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll, 54% of Pennsylvanians trust Trump to handle the economy better compared with just 42% who prefer Biden on the issue.

The polls find Trump leading Biden in five swing states, with voters still reporting dissatisfaction with both the economy and Biden’s foreign policy.

The polls, conducted by the New York Times, Siena College and The Philadelphia Inquirer from April 28 to May 9,  found Trump ahead in Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Biden leads Trump in just one battleground state – Wisconsin.

The polls found the economy was the top issue for voters; 51 percent of respondents described the economic conditions in the country as “poor.”

Since the economy is the top concern for US voters, and since Biden is destroying America’s economy with backward policies as well as helping Trump while trying to destroy him, it is more than likely that voters will choose Trump over Biden come November.
