The protests of the January 6, 2021 Capitol election certification of the General Election of 2020 that turned into a riot have now been exposed as a pre-planned play by bad actors of the Deep State. The intent was to demonize President Donald Trump and his MAGA Republican followers to the point of making them criminals when they are not.
A website named InvestigateJ6.org has a wealth of J6 videos and information explaining the actual truth about what really transpired on January 6 of 2021 at our “People’s House” D.C. Capitol. YouTube has seemingly banned this organization and their content from their platform.

A class action civil rights lawsuit has been filed against the U.S. Capitol Police, D.C. Metropolitan Police, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for what now has been revealed as the planned security failures and the illegal assault on early January 6th West Plaza protesters which led to the #J6 riot. More than 100 J6ers have filed a $50 billion class-action lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ) for wrongful incarceration and harm due to a politically biased weaponized justice system.
This news was first reported 5 days ago by “The Gateway Pundit” and has since gone viral on social media platforms as the mainstream media has, once again, neglected a story.

The suit seemingly stems from several factors that have recently come to light.
For the last 3 years, conservative pundits have blamed the J6 riot on Federal agent provocateurs such as Ray Epps who was at first listed as wanted by the FBI and then was mysteriously dropped from their J6 wanted list avoiding any prosecution. They have noted that while law enforcement antagonized and escalated a situation on the west side of the Capitol building, the doors were opened and people seemingly welcomed in on the east side of the Capitol building by law enforcement at the same time.
It has also come to be known that USCP Chief Eric Waldow (retired as of 2021) and MPD Chief Robert (retired as of 2023) Glover may have violated the law and protester’s civil rights when they ordered “less lethal” munitions without warnings and had their officers launch hundreds of chemical and explosive munitions at early J6 protestors. This was before these protesters showed any signs of aggression towards entering the Capitol building. These actions by law enforcement incited the crowd to respond. In one video a law enforcement officer can be heard after the fact saying, “We’ve been set up,” as a result of these actions by these two chiefs.

And finally these J6ers have the video of Nancy Pelosi shot by her own daughter admitting J6 was her fault.

This timeline largely illustrates the crux of the J6er’s lawsuit and shows events of that day as they transpired.
CONCLUSION:
The real hero in all of this is former FOX News personality Tucker Carlson who wound up leaving the network shortly after this episode was aired.

Immediately after the Carlson video aired Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer took to the Senate floor to chastise Carlson accusing him of being a liar.

Carlson’s J6 security video episode aired in March and he was terminated by FOX without explanation in April of 2023.

After Carlson left FOX it was revealed another 4,400 hours of security video was being held back from the public by Congress. That was until the new House Speaker Mike Johnson took over.

Tucker Carlson deserves a lot of credit for bringing out the truths revealed in these 4,400 hours of Capitol video security footage that vindicates most of the J6 protesters.
These conservative Republican protesters demonized and criminalized by the liberal Democrats and prosecuted by their weaponized justice system have violated these protesters rights. Rights such as due process and speedy trials violated must now be rewarded and those responsible held accountable.
This case is just that simple because this is America and not another banana republic. Political prisoners deserve the right to make their accusers political prisoners themselves as we end this dark episode of American history.

Most of the protesters of January 6, 2021 were not even aware they were doing anything wrong such as trespassing. After all, it is THE PEOPLE’S HOUSE!
