Joe Biden Admits to Lawfare Against Trump During Debate!

The biggest story of the first 2024 Presidential Debate which aired on CNN last week was missed by the news media. Joe Biden essentially admitted to the false prosecutions and persecutions of former President Donald Trump!

CNNโ€™s Jake Tapper (47:50 Minute Mark)

President Biden, you have said, quote, Donald Trump and his Maga Republicans are determined to destroy American democracy. Do you believe that the tens of millions of Americans who are likely to vote for President Trump will be voting against American democracy?

Joe Biden (48:10 Minute Mark)

The more they know about what he’s done, yes. The more they know about what he’s done. And he’s a lot more coming. He’s got a lot of cases down the road coming out. He’s got, he’s got a whole range of issues he has to face. I don’t know what the juries will do, but I do, I do know he has a real problem.

If Joe Biden is not involved in the alleged lawfare former President Donald Trump has accused him of orchestrating, how could he know Trumpโ€™s future? This was not just a veiled threat but an admission of culpability. Joe Biden should be criminally prosecuted and removed from office for his abuse of power and violations to his Constitutional oath of office. President Donald Trump, the GOP, and all of his MAGA supporters should file a class action lawsuit against Joe Biden and the Democrats for their un-American antics of abuse of the law and violations of the Constitution.

In the article we wrote about Dr. Phil interviewing former President Donald Trump we thought it would be a good idea to fact check Trump about his accusation against Joe Biden and the Democrats relative to his charges of lawfare as they relate to the timeline of his announcement to run for a second term for the presidency. As per usual, Trump was not wrong and Trump is not a liar.

โ€œDr. Phil Interviews President Trump and the MSM Melts Downโ€

Here is the timeline we came up with as a summary:

September 21, 2022 DJT sued by NY AG Letitia James for Defrauding Lenders (Business Fraud Case)

November 15, 2022 DJT announces his Candidacy for POTUS 2024

November 18, 2022 DJT AG Merrick Garland Improperly/Illegally Appoints Jack Smith SP

November 24, 2022 New York Adult Survivors Act Takes Effect for One Year

November 25, 2022 DJT sued by E. Jean Carroll for Alleged Sexual Assault in 1996 (Sex Assault Case)

April 4, 2023 DJT indicted by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for Falsifying Business Records (Hush Money)

June 8, 2023 DJT indicted by Jack Smith for Having Classified Documents in Florida (Documents Case)

August 1, 2023 DJT indicted by Jack Smith for Federal Election Interference for J6 (Capitol Riot)

August 14, 2023 DJT indicted by Fulton County (GA) DA Fani Willis for Election Interference (GA Case)

Here is a brief summary of case statuses for this article today:

Business Fraud Case โ€“ NY AG Letitia James won a $454 million settlement for business fraud without any victim or evidence of a crime. NY Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron handed down a huge judgment on Trump and barred him from running his company for three years after falsely claiming Mar-A-Lago was only worth $18 million as proof of charges. In April, Trump posted a $175 million bond after Engoronโ€™s settlement was reduced by a higher court. Trump awaits a hearing on his appeal.

Sex Assault Case โ€“ Attorney Roberta Kaplan scored two settlements of $5 and $83.3 million for E. Jean Carroll with threats of a third lawsuit now pending. There were a number of irregularities in this New York trial which give Trump and his legal team grounds for appeals. He posted the required $92 million with the Clinton appointed Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan.

Hush Money Case โ€“ while DA Alvin Bragg did win conviction of Donald Trump on 34 counts of business records fraud the case has so many errors it is certain to be overturned on appeal. You can start with the case being filed as felonies that should have been filed as misdemeanors even though the statute of limitations had run outโ€ฆ   You can then end with NY Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchanโ€™s refusal to recuse himself while his daughter then conducted business as a Democrat fundraiser turning a buck (millions) off the trial proceedings. Most importantly, Trump was unconstitutionally denied due process habitually by a partisan judge in a partisan courtroom proceeding. Legal scholars from all over the nation and both sides of the aisle expressed outrage at the proceedings.

Capitol Riot Case – Special Prosecutor Jack Smithโ€™s case is currently on hold with U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, awaiting a Supreme Court ruling on claims by Trump of presidential immunity. Also, Jack Smithโ€™s legitimacy is being challenged as an illegal appointment by Garland as a Special Prosecutor.

Documents Case โ€“ Special Prosecutor Jack Smithโ€™s case relative to the raid at Mar-A-Lago related to classified documents held by former President Donald Trump has U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon pressing for details of special prosecutor Jack Smithโ€™s funding as she considers his legitimacy in his role. This is the result of a dismissal motion from Trumpโ€™s legal team as they claim Smith was improperly receiving funds from the United States government to carry out his case against the former president. The FBI is also under scrutiny after it was revealed use of โ€œdeadly forceโ€ was authorized for the raid.

Georgia Election Case โ€“ Fulton County DA Fani Willis had a grand jury indict Trump and 18 other co-defendants under the stateโ€™s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. During the trial it came out Willis had a romantic relationship with fellow prosecutor Nathan Wade on her team and was paying him far more than others of the team raising ethics concerns. Charges were filed against Willis with Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee where he ruled she would be allowed to remain on the case with Wade removed. Attorney Ashleigh Merchant, who represents Trump co-defendant Michael Roman, filed an appeal pausing these proceedings indefinitely.

CONCLUSION:

The Republican House is now getting involved in these incidents of lawfare and coming to the aid of former President Donald Trump. Also, this development just came up this past week:

Joe Biden often says the quiet parts out loud. He admitted election fraud was coming in October of 2020 in public videos and then it came in November of 2020 the likes of which this country has never seen before (starting with the vote count stopping). Now he appears to admit his part in the lawfare against former President Donald Trump after flashing his demonic smile to the press a month ago.

If one more bogus lawsuit should be filed against Donald Trump, Joe Biden and the Democrats should face consequences. As our black American brothers and sisters say, โ€œNo justice, no peace!โ€
