Joshua Macias: All my fellow Gulf War Veterans, you know, I was speaking with another Navy buddy of mine just a minute ago, and, we were just talking. We were sharing, and we’re reminiscing. We’re talking about how we’re in hard times right now. And sometimes it’s the simple things that can encourage you. Like a simple dollar bill which states on it “In God We Trust.

It also shows us a photo of a courageous man, the first President of the United States, General George Washington.

Just 45 minutes from here in Mount Vernon lays his tomb. And on it, states General George Washington. He wanted to ensure that all of history remembered him as a military leader, one who understood the epitome of sacrifice. And during this time of year, in this whipping weather, just like this, for us to get here, they fought through harsh, cold winters, without food, at times, with nothing huddled but a little candle next to them. Right? It was a very, very hard time.

Now, today, our service members may not go through the same physical duress, but they go through the exact same emotional pain. They understand.

Thank you.

They understand what sacrifice means. The sacrifice of quality of life. The sacrifice of time with their family, and even the sacrifice of their very lives, as many have. So for every veteran, for every service member, who hears this with honor and integrity, is willing to give their lives and to serve and save others. I say, remember, it’s within you, that same courage, was in our founding fathers who made this country what it is. This glorious nation of ours.

It’s that same spirit. It is that courage, which we all recognized within Donald Trump. And he states that he wants to take care and serve our veterans and our our troops. So along with every service member, I have also made the battle. I have also stated I will uphold this Constitution. And so, and as also Donald Trump has stated, and I made an oath as all of its service members, to protect that Constitution against their foreign and domestic enemies.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have this hour and Mr. Donald Trump, someone who has committed to this Constitution, to this great nation, to making our country great again.

Donald Trump has vowed to take care of the service member. He has vowed to take care of the Veterans in our troops. He is willing to forgo his many businesses and their ventures to turn his attention to what really matters, to restore to the same values that we have shown in bravery and service.

Donald Trump is a courageous man wanting to serve and apply his skills to our country, as stated on our currency In God We Trust. God bless America and God bless the next President of the United States, Donald Trump.
