Justice Delayed is Justice Denied, Prosecute Jeffrey Goldberg!

In 1868, British Prime Minister William Gladstone said, “Justice delayed is justice denied” a legal maxim. It means if legal redress or equitable relief to an injured party is available, but is not forthcoming timely; it is effectively the same as no remedy at all.

The Atlantic magazine journalist, Jeffrey Goldberg, has a long history of attempting to thwart President Trump and he seemingly publishes stories proven false over time, making them propaganda.

  • He wrote a hit piece equating Trump to Hitler.
  • He wrote in praise of Gen. Mark Milley saying heโ€™d warn China if the U.S. was going to attack them under Trump.
  • He perpetuated a lie Trump referred to dead American soldiers as โ€œlosers and suckersโ€ when 20 witnesses at that ceremony said Trump never said it.
  • He wrote for three years about the Russia Collusion Delusion knowing it was a hoax.
  • He wrote in support of Dr. Anthony Fauci and the experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccines which is not coming under increased scrutiny for side effects.
  • He wrote justifying the Iraq war relative to looking for weapons of mass destruction that were never found.
  • He is a Jew who once quit college to volunteer as a guard in an IDF prison camp of Palestinian detainees where torture occurred.
  • He has dual citizenship with Israel and the U.S.A.
  • He has a reputation as a warmonger.
  • He perpetuated a lie Trump said โ€œThere are good people on both sides,โ€ relative to a protesters in a riot in Charlottesville where Neo-Nazis showed up. Trump never meant them.

President Trump has dismissed Goldberg as โ€œa sleazeballโ€ and a โ€œloserโ€.

So somehow this same journalist with a sketchy reputation for reporting the truth got included in a high level Trump Administration Signal application chat relative to an upcoming invasion of the Houthis terrorist group. He somehow got included on the chat list for reasons still being investigated.ย  While he did report on his mistaken inclusion in the chat group after the attack took place in the Atlantic as yet another hit piece on President Trump, there is now some high level conversations on whether he should be prosecuted for violation of the 18 U.S. Code ยง 798, part of the Espionage Act. That Act โ€œcriminalizes the knowing and willful disclosure of classified information, including information about codes, ciphers, or communications intelligence, to unauthorized individuals or the use of such information to the detriment of the United States.โ€

CONCLUSION:

In these times we are living so many Americans are watching the news and scratching their heads wondering if they are missing something or just going crazy. When this story broke, and it was obvious the liberal socialist Democrats and fake news media had already tagged the story โ€œSignalgateโ€ to try to raise it to the level of the Richard Nixon โ€œWatergateโ€ seriousness, people were already wondering aloud, โ€œWhy isnโ€™t this guy, Goldberg, in trouble for reporting it?โ€

I, myself, was thinking this even though I had forgotten how his name kept coming up in all the stories he was involved with noted above. But then, thankfully, Mark Levin took to the air on Fox News and called out what so many of us were pondering, Jeffrey Goldberg deserves prosecution for violation of the Espionage Act!

โ€œMark Levin has some choice words for The Atlantic editor-in-chiefโ€ โ€“ Fox News

It was funny, to me, how the rabid lefty losers were immediately calling for the resignations of the National Security Advisor of the United States, Michael Waltz, as well as United States Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, even though neither of these men were responsible for Goldbergโ€™s wrongful inclusion in the chat list. As of now it appears an aid of Mike Waltz inadvertently included Goldberg in the chat list thinking he was somebody else with the same initials.

President Trump stood by his men and said nobody is getting fired or being asked to leave as no harm was done with Goldbergโ€™s story. The mission was a complete success with no loss of American life and the area was made safer for future International shipping.

Iran-backed Yemenโ€™s Houthi rebels have been attacking U.K. and U.S. commercial ships in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden as a show of support for Hamas Palestinians in their war against Israel.

One can only assume the reason why Goldberg remains uncharged or challenged in this charade is because he is a journalist and has First Amendment rights to use as a defense. But still, this was a crime because he knew he was not supposed to be in this chat, he notified no authorities, and then took screen shots of a chat this is temporary by nature and not supposed to last similar to the SnapChat app.

These shenanigans of the lefties will not cease until they suffer consequences. Pam Bondi is taking down the Tesla terrorists, the lefty leakers, and soon, the felonious fraudsters. She also needs to address the junk journalists next.
