When it comes to the Judicial Branch of our government, it is said there are over 30,000 courts and judges in this nation. The FBI has over 38,000 employees while the DOJ has nearly 115,000 employees. America has just short of one million people serving in some form of law enforcement.
But America has encountered a new problem in that of lawfare. Planted judges to usurp the Constitution, laws of the land, and powers of the Executive Branch of the United States now seem to be in place and activated. Activist judge’s ruling to block President Donald Trump from being able to execute his Constitutional Article 2 Powers pose a real “Constitutional crisis”, to borrow a term from Democrats projected guilt. Thus far over 50 lawsuits have been filed by liberal socialist Democrats as President Trump tries to accomplish his ”America First Agenda” his second term. Some of these cases have already been overturned and some are to go before the Supreme Court.
Keep in mind, the end goal of President Trump, and DOGE administered by Elon Musk, is simply to keep our country from bankruptcy. Now, after just 5 weeks in office, it appears a secondary goal will be to prosecute the theft of taxpayer dollars behind shadow NGOs, fraudulent credit card use, as well as kickbacks from foreign interests.
Here is a sampling of some of these activist judges and their indefensible rulings thus far:
- Judge Deb Boardman (Biden 2021) blocked Trump’s ban on birthright citizenship.
- Judge Loren AliKhan (Biden 2023) blocked the Trump pause of Federal Grant and Loan payouts.
- Judge John McConnell (Obama 2011) blocked the categorical pause on Federal spending.
- Judge Royce Lamberth (Reagan 1987) blocked a biological man from being transferred out of a woman’s prison.
- Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly (Clinton1997) limited DOGEs access to see who is getting Federal payments.
- Judge George O’Toole (Clinton 1995) blocked Federal workers severance pay buyout and ability to put people on leave.
- Judge Kenneth Gonzales (Obama 2013) blocked the transfer of 3 Tren de Aragua gang members to Guantanamo.
- Judge Angel Kelley (Biden 2021) blocked dropping overhead charges on NIH grants from 60% to 15%.
- Judge John Bates (Bush 2001) ordered Trump to restore Federal webpages related to sex changes and gender ideology.
- Judge Amy Berman-Jackson (Obama 2011) blocked the Trump firing of Special Council Hampton Dellinger.
- Judge Angel Kelley (Biden 2021) ordered Trump to restore DEI funding to the NIH.
- Judge Carl Nichols (Trump 2019) ordered Trump to reinstate some 2,100 USAID employees.
- Judge Brendan Hurson (Biden 2023) blocked withholding Federal funds from gender-affirming care in the country.
- Judge Amir Ali (Biden 2024) ordered Trump to lift the foreign aid funding freeze.
- Judge Adam Abelson (Biden 2023) enjoined Trump not to block Federal grant funds from those engaging in DEI practices.
- Judge Deb Boardman (Biden 2021) blocked both the DoE and OPM from sharing data with DOGE.
- Judge Jamal Whitehead (Biden 2023) blocked a Trump order to indefinitely suspend the refugee admissions program.
- Judge Theodore Chuang (Obama 2014) blocked a Trump order that allowed ICE raids in churches and schools.
- Judge William Alsup (Clinton 1999) blocked a Trump order to fire all probationary workers in the Federal government from 6 offices.
- Judge Rudolph Contreras (Obama 2012) granted a permanent injunction prohibiting Trump from firing Chairwoman of the MSPB.
- Judge Beryl Howell (Obama 2010) ruled Trump firing of Chairwoman of the NLRB was illegal.
- Judge Jesse Furman (Obama 2012) blocked Trump from deporting pro-Hamas protest organizer Mahmoud Khalil from the U.S.
- Judge Myong Joun (Biden 2023) ordered Trump to restore $600M in cut DoE grants.
- Judge Beryl Howell (Obama 2010) blocked Trump from revoking a security clearance from the law firm of Perkins Coie.
- Judge Sparkle Sooknanan (Biden 2024) ruled Trump can’t fire the Chairwoman of the FLRB.
- Judge Tanya Chutkan (Obama 2014) ruled DOGE must produce its Federal cost cutting plan as well as the identities of its employees.
CONCLUSION:
President Trump is doing what he can in this unfortunate matter.

A good case could be made to throw all of these judges off the bench for the very simple reason they are known partisan hacks who should have recused themselves from any dealings with President Trump. Judge Tanya Chutkan is particularly guilty of this since she just recently had a case before her court when Trump was not president relative to the Capitol protests of January 6 of 2021 the Democrats and media falsely labeled an insurrection.
President Trump is a law and order man as most conservatives are. But clearly the Judicial Branch is now attempting to hamstring him in his second term the same as the Legislative Branch did in his first term in the Executive Branch. Many American citizens are outraged! Many of us see these judges as aiding and abetting the criminals of the Legislative Branch who stole from us and that will not be allowed to stand.
Personally, I would like to see Trump declare Presidential Emergency Powers under the National Emergencies Act (NEA) (Pub. L. 94–412, 90 Stat. 1255, enacted September 14, 1976, codified at 50 U.S.C. § 1601–1651). This Act empowers the President to utilize special powers during a crisis imposing certain procedural formalities when invoking such powers.
America is going down the toilet financially, that is the “crisis”. President Trump would be well within his right to order all of these judges to cease and desist, OR ELSE!
If I were President Trump, I would be having the FBI perform some nighttime home raids of these judges with search warrants to look for evidence of possible RICO violations and collusion with George and/ or Alex Soros. I would make sure Fox News was there to film these judges in their nightwear and underwear just like the Biden Administration did giving CNN a heads up prior!
We have about 5 of 9 Supreme Court justices who now need to have their homes raided, too. Only 4 of the 9 followed the Constitution and law in their first case on this matter of Trump’s Presidential Powers. The SCOTUS voted 5 to 4 against the Trump Administration and upheld a lower court’s decision to force the release of nearly $2 billion in foreign aid funds from USAID contractors.
In a dissenting opinion Justice Sam Alito wrote “Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars? The answer to that question should be an emphatic ‘No,’ but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned.”
The dissenting opinion was joined by Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh.
The question remains: If these judges are not standing by their oaths of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States, and following case laws of our land, who is behind them telling them what indefensible verdicts they are to reach?
Liberals have a t-shirt they are wearing that simply says “RESIST”. Conservatives need one of their own that says “FORGET RESIST, CEASE AND DESIST!”
