NEW John Eastman Documentary Drops

John Eastman was one of President Donald Trumpโ€™s attorneys in 2020. He advised President Trump on the legal path to challenge the results of the November 3rd 2020 General Election that had showed him ahead in a landslide until counting stopped in the early hours of the following morning of November 4th when counting resumed and Joe Biden was ahead in every one of the 6 swing states by a margin just the right size to not require an audit or recount.

It would later be found that Trump won the majority of the in-person votes while Biden won the majority of the mail-in votes where cheating is easier to pull off but more difficult to prove.

There after attorney Eastman became an early target and victim of lawfare by plants of billionaire โ€œphilanthropistโ€ George Soros. He has been threatened with disbarment and had his life and that of his family threatened. The media has wrongfully defamed his good name and character.

On Saturday he and his people rented a theater at Mar-a-Lago to premier a new documentary about his life since 2020 titled โ€œThe John Eastman Dilemma: Lawfare or Justiceโ€.

What was most interesting is the entire mainstream media was invited to the premier but very few showed up. One that did show up was a host of MSNBC who that had to double down to regurgitate the Deep State mockingbird narrative as a โ€œthreat to our democracyโ€. Symone D. Sanders-Townsend came off less than sincere in her canned outrage which could be another reason why her network is in trouble.

Of course Eastman took to online news media to respond and his response and persona were epic.

For a limited time the public can view this documentary for free here:

The website notes:

โ€œโ€™The Eastman Dilemma: Lawfare or Justiceโ€™ addresses a critical pain point: the growing reality that attorneys who represent conservative clients are being unfairly targeted and โ€˜canceledโ€™ by a legal system as it grows increasingly politically biased. There is growing evidence that a two-tiered justice system has emerged, where conservative figures face severe penalties for actions that receive leniency if committed by non-conservatives.

This injustice not only threatens the integrity of the legal profession but also undermines public confidence in the impartiality of the courts, creating a chilling effect on legal advocacy and free speech. The film aims to expose and challenge these disparities, advocating for equal treatment under the law regardless of political affiliation.โ€

CONCLUSION:

John Eastman broke no laws and did nothing wrong. He was simply advising President Trump of how both he and vice president Mike Pence should have proceeded, given ample evidence of widespread systematic election fraud in 6 or 7 states. In one part of the movie Eastman says:

โ€œIโ€™d like Americans to understand that what we did was in defense of the Constitution,โ€ Eastman said of the film later. โ€œI want people to learn about it and to come away angry so that it never happens again.โ€

The news media likes to falsely use the term people like Trump and Eastman were โ€œtrying to overturn the electionโ€. They also use the mockingbird term, โ€œwithout evidenceโ€. Both are lies!

Eastman points out he correctly instructed Trump and Pence to follow the Electoral Count Act of 1887.

He explains, โ€œSection 2 says โ€˜If there is a failed election, the power goes back to the state legislature to decide what to do about it,โ€™ and I was basing much of my advice on the fact we had a failed election, an election that was conducted in violation of the law. And therefore the power went back to the state legislature to decide what to do about it. And in 2022 Congress amended the Electoral Count Act and deleted that provision. If I wasnโ€™t right about that, why did they have to bother to eliminate that provision? (laughs)โ€

America knew Trump won and they knew the election was stolen. We saw it on CCTV video in the rented van that arrived in Detroit and dropped of boxes of ballots after vote counting stopped. We saw it in the ballot counting in Atlanta after vote counting was supposed to have stopped and ballots were produced from a hidden tote and then scanned multiple times get the count up for Biden and Harris.

They also knew years ago when George Soros involved himself with positioning judges and prosecutors in our legal system that those attorneys were not going to be about dispensing justice or following the Constitution and laws of the land. They were for and about sowing discord, chaos, and anarchy.

Some have been calling for George Soros to be banned from the country as other countries have done. Some have said things wonโ€™t get better until these political activists are dealt with such that they learn real fear for their un-American consequences.

For now, it seems like they can lie, cheat, and steal, with impunity.

But conservatives on the right are fighting back:

โ€œGiuliani Is Held in Contempt of Court in Defamation Caseโ€ โ€“ New York Times

As our black brothers and sisters like to chant, โ€œNO JUSTICE, NO PEACE!โ€

Conservatives on the right now know how blacks have felt after this victimization of lawfare.

Dr. John Eastman is the founding director of the Constitutional Jurisprudence Center for constitutional jurisprudence founded in 1999.

โ€œIts mission is to restore, through strategic litigation, the principles of the American founding to our nation’s jurisprudence. The Center represents clients and appears as amicus curiae before the Supreme Court of the United States and the lower federal and state courts in matters of constitutional significance, defending the core structural provisions of the Constitution (such as the doctrines of limited, enumerated powers, separation of powers, and federalism) and basic constitutional rights, such as the Freedoms of Speech, Religion and Association protected by the First Amendment, the right to keep and bear arms protected by the Second Amendment, and the right to property.โ€

To be blunt, this guy is a real American patriot hero walking in the footsteps of our founding fathers and those falsely attacking him are not fit to carry his water!

The Electoral Count Act of 1887 should be changed back to its originality as soon as President Donald Trump resumes his second term!
