NY AG Letitia James Exposed and in Trouble

The day after the election the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Jack Smith was closing up shop and winding down (dropping) his investigation into charges of former President Donald Trump relative to J6 insurrection. Jack Smith is smart, he knew the jig was up. New York Attorney General Letitia James is not so smart. She decided it would be a good idea to continue her lawfare against President Donald Trump and dug her heels in with a press conference.

โ€œLetitia James abused her office as AG: Alan Dershowitz | American Agendaโ€ – Newsmax

I have written about this many times past. Here are a few:

  • โ€œTrumpโ€™s $454m Fraud Case Overturned on Appeal Soon?โ€
  • โ€œBOMBSHELL: DOJ Trump Lawfare Gets Exposed!โ€
  • โ€œAG Merrick Garland is a Dirty Top Cop!โ€
  • โ€œJoe Biden Admits to Lawfare Against Trump During Debate!โ€

The things that have bothered me about Letitia James are now threefold:

1. Her campaign to โ€œGet Trumpโ€ which actually amounts to many crimes of her own.

  • Prosecutorial Misconduct due to a targeted prosecution and violations of Constitutional rights
  • Race Hate Crime
  • Stalking and Harassment
  • Hate Speech (Libel and Slander)

2. Her apparent financial backing by George Soros and son.

3. Her net worth during the fraudulent prosecution of the Trump Organization and family going up many times more than her $220,000 state salary. Some say she is now suddenly worth $15 million!

One of Trumpโ€™s attorneys, Mike Davis, recently went on the Benny Johnson podcast to eviscerate Letitia James and left many people with their jaws on their chests.

โ€œTrump Lawyer WARNS Letitia James, Vows RETRIBUTION After Trump Win: ‘We’ll Put Your Fat A** In JAIL’ โ€“ Benny Johnsonโ€

This is the passage that rocked the Internet and no doubt political elites in both New York and D.C.

โ€œLet me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York attorney general, I dare you, I dare you, to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term because listen here sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights and I promise you that. So think long and hard before you want to violate president Trump’s constitutional rights or any other Americanโ€™s constitutional rights. It’s not going to happen again.โ€

Mike Davis is the president of the Article Three Project (https://www.article3project.org/). This is his explanation of how his organization came to be:

โ€œI started the Article III Project in 2019 after I helped Trump win the Gorsuch and Kavanaugh fights. We saw then how relentlessโ€”and evilโ€”too many of todayโ€™s Democrats have become. Theyโ€™re Marxists who hate America. They believe in censorship. They have politicized and weaponized our justice systems.โ€

Article III Project is a registered 501(c)(4) nonprofit advocacy organization. Contributions to Article III Project are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.

CONCLUSION:

The lawfare President Trump has been subjected to reminded me of three things from my childhood and youth.

1. My father was a Chicago boy and as such I learned a lot more about the Chicago Mafioso than any young boy should. If Letitia James would have tried to pull her legal shenanigans 100 years ago in Chicago, she would have disappeared in the Chicago River in concrete boots. Judge Arthur Engoron would join her shortly. Their crime against โ€œThe Familyโ€ would be โ€œgrand theft larceny by litigationโ€.

But, lucky for Engoron and James they pulled their scam in New York with the Donald Trump family in 2024 and not in Chicago with the Al Capone family 100 years ago.

2. Another thought I have had was the 1986 Bonnie Tyler song โ€œI Need a Heroโ€ which kept playing in my head through 2024.

3. And a final thought I had was: Only the hand of God will put an end to this insanity and injustice.

If I were President Donald Trump, I would use this as a learning experience. I would get laws past so that this will never happen again of innocent people being falsely prosecuted by crooked Attorney Generals and District Attorneys. I would pull all the lawyers involved in this Trump lawfare into the Oval Office; Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Jack Smith, and Fani Willis for a meeting. I would tell them the difference between judgement and grace according to the Bible.

I would then tell them the bad news (judgement) is they are all going to be losing their law licenses but the good news (grace) is they will not be prosecuted for prison so long as they turn Stateโ€™s Evidence telling everything they know about who put them up to this and how the plan was carried out. Use the little fish to get the big fish.

My guess is the DOJ would then be going after big fish like; Kamala Harris, Merrick Garland, George Soros, and Barack Obamaโ€ฆ and possibly Joe Biden, but he would have a pretty good defense using his declining cogitative abilities.

Only time will tell how this episode of American History plays out.
