It has become commonplace to listen to those of the left calling for the removal of conservative justices from the Supreme Court of the United States. It has been common for us to see them attacked for everything from spouse’s political leanings, to gifts, to flags flown outside their homes. The left even exposed their home addresses after their Rowe v. Wade decision. These are all the actions of communist and socialist agitators and they should be stopped!

It has been common for us to hear the left of talking of stacking the court to outnumber the conservative justices of the Supreme Court. Presently the court is divided 6 to 3 with conservatives having the majority of the seats.
This article is my turn to respond to AOC’s call for impeachments and demand the liberal justices be removed from the high court instead. She lacks substance, I do not.

Today’s ruling represents an assault on American democracy. It is up to Congress to defend our nation from this authoritarian capture.
I intend on filing articles of impeachment upon our return.
Rarely does the court act in unison with a 9-0 ruling these days but they recently did so in the attempt by the Colorado Supreme Court to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 General Election ballot falsely labeling him “an insurrectionist”. In March the high Court unanimously held individual states cannot bar Trump from holding Federal office under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. This was the only correct decision to be made according to the Constitution and rule of law. The left went nuts!
The left, which controls the media, has repeatedly and erroneously tried to paint a picture that the incidents at the Capitol on January 6 of 2021 as an “armed insurrection” with President Trump as the leader of it. Everybody with eyes could see it “was a mostly peaceful protest”. The joke there is that expression came from a CNN reporter during a George Floyd riot the summer of 2020 where the city was burning behind him and few lawbreakers were being apprehended and arrested.
What the American public has not been informed of is former President Donald Trump’s IQ is off the charts compared to the idiots against him. He knew the only way the Democrats could win the 2020 election was to steal it and he knew they were going to try (Biden admitted it on video October 2020).
He had a pretty good idea voters would have something to say no matter which side won. He had hopes Vice President Mike Pence, Attorney General Bill Barr, and FBI Director Christopher Wray would stand by the Constitution and rule of law in the matter if election fraud occurred. They did not. He called on Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D) and Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) to make use of 10,000 National Guardsmen he was willing to make available to the two women but they had to formally ask him. They declined.
FACT: These actions on their parts alone made them derelict in duty to the offices they hold. It does not make President Trump “an insurrectionist”. Once again, Trump was right, the left was wrong and here is your proof released just last week.

In the short video above Nancy Pelosi’s daughter Alexandra, a videographer, films her mother admitting the trouble at the Capitol was her own fault.
So yesterday the Supreme Court ruled that former President Donald Trump does have presidential immunity in his official acts as president. This was the correct response by at least 6 members of the court, the conservative members of the court. They stood by the Constitution and the rule of law. Meanwhile, the 3 activist liberal members of the Supreme Court did not just go their own way but wrote absurd dissenting statements.
Justice Sonia Sotomayor outlined hypothetical situations where the concept of presidential immunity could apply as follows:
“Orders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival?” she wrote. “Immune.”
“Organizes a military coup to hold onto power? Immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune, immune, immune.”
“Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do, the damage has been done,” Justice Sotomayor wrote. “In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.”
Chief Justice John Roberts, speaking for the majority, argued that the dissenters “strike a tone of chilling doom that is wholly disproportionate to what the Court actually does today”. Roberts wrote the liberal justices were “fear mongering on the basis of extreme hypotheticals” and dismissed their reasoning as weak.
Normally, court dissents include the word “respectfully” but Sotomayor signed this one off by writing: “With fear for our democracy, I dissent.”
Keep in mind, Sotomayor was referencing Trump and speaking to those who oppose him and not Biden. After all, this case is about Trump and not Biden and this action on her part is truly outrageous!

CONCLUSION:
Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Ketanji Brown Jackson and Elena Kagan all came out as the lefty lunatic activist justices they truly are and should therefore be removed from office! I had a lot of problems with the left’s reaction to this historic development yesterday so put them in outline form to keep it simple:
- The media again exposed bias reporting opinions like Van Jones while neglecting Sean Spicer.
- The media referenced Trump acting as a “King” but never did with Biden even with his lawfare.
- The media never referenced King Biden ignoring the SCOTUS in their college loan decision.
- The media never brought up Biden got paid by China and then sold off our oil reserves to them.
- The media never brought up Obama being prosecuted for drone bombing Americans overseas.
- The media never talked of Justice Thomas questioning the legality of Jack Smith as prosecutor.
- Why is the left more worried about Trump possibly abusing his powers when Biden has been?
And finally, to all the socialist Democrats including the three on the SCOTUS, America is not a “democracy” but a “Constitutional Republic” so put your fears to rest. Our “democracy is not under attack”, because we don’t have one!
