So Voting Machines ARE Connected to the Internet After All?

CNN Exit Polling in South Carolina

There were two very interesting and shocking developments that occurred during the South Carolina Republican Primary of Saturday and neither one of them had anything to do with Donald Trump’s trouncing of Nikki Haley at the polls despite her Democrat voters crossing over for her.

The first was the results of a CNN poll that came out where it was revealed that 65% of the voters there who had come to cast their ballots believed Joe Biden did not win the 2020 General Election.

“Do you think Biden legitimately won in 2020?”

What was most interesting about this was the fact that CNN was asking the question and then had the spine to honestly report the results! A few other news agencies quickly grabbed on to the story.

One headline of The Guardian read Six out of 10 South Carolina Republican primary voters think Biden wasn’t legitimately elected”.

But there are two funny factoids related to this news story title. First, Donald Trump got just shy of 60% of the ballots cast Saturday. Second, it was a known fact that, since it was an open primary, Nikki Haley got most of her votes from Democrats to shore up support for Joe Biden viewing Haley as the less formidable foe than Donald Trump. That means 5% more voters of last Saturday think Joe Biden did not win in 2020 than voted for Donald Trump!

Next, there was an even MORE jaw dropping story the Internet and mainstream media has worked hard to ignore by reporter Michelle Backus of Real American’s Voice.

“Michelle Backus: Machines Shut Down In GOP Primary Voting Center After Internet Goes Down”

“POLLING CONCERNS: Voters at Satchel Ford Elementary in Columbia, South Carolina are telling me they’re concerned about their vote after poll workers told them the internet is down and they weren’t able to scan their ballots” Michelle Backus @RealAmVoice on X

Later, Backus posted this to “X” in the way of an update:

“UPDATE: Internet has been restored at this location and I haven’t heard of any other problems since here. MULTIPLE voters told me they experienced something similar when this was first reported in the am.”

The machines used in South Carolina are those of ES&S (Election Systems & Software) Voting Machines which are used in a number of states. Dominion (according to their website) services some 28 states which would suggest ES&S services South Carolina as well as 21 others.

Democrats have a proven track record as stupid criminals. You can take Joe Biden announcing plans to steal the 2020 election in October of 2020:

“We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” – Joe Biden

Or you can take Hillary Clinton in 2018 telling us how they are going to do it:

“There are some tech experts in Silicon Valley with whom I have met that say, you know maybe what they’ll do this next time is to really disrupt the actual election. Shut down the servers that you send results to… Interfere with the operation of voting machines because still too many of them are linked to the Internet.”  – Hillary Clinton, 2018 OZY Fest

CONCLUSION:

The 2020 General Election bothered me more about the laws that were broken rather than the fact that Joe Biden won and Donald Trump lost. As a former elected official, I had problems with the voting machine scandal for three reasons:

When the voting machine companies tried to cover their asses by saying their machines were not connected to the Internet, I knew this was a lie. The original intent of these machines was to produce real-time results to the news media around the world.

When the voting machine companies refused to release the inner workings of their machine hardware and software covering their asses by calling it “proprietary”, their hardware carries patents and their software carries copyrights so that excuse is irrelevant.

When the voting machines lost 2020 voting data in multiple states “while performing software updates”, well, that was a violation of Federal law which requires them to save data for 20 months after an election for purposes of future audits.

These companies are independent private contractors paid for on the taxpayer’s dime. As such, they do not have the right to keep secrets and make excuses, sue their customers for defamation when their service is found faulty, and lose their customer’s data without penalties as prescribed by law.

The night the vote counting stopped I said to my wife, “This is when the Democrats are going to try to steal the election.”

I said this because this had never happened (counting stopped and election observers sent home) before in the entire history of the United States! A question going around on the Internet to this day in a meme asks, “WHO ORDERED THE VOTE COUNTING TO STOP ON NOVEMBER 4, 2020, AND WHY? AND, WHO ORDERED IT TO RESTART AGAIN?”

Attorney General Bill Barr should have been asking this as his first question after the election!

The Mike Lindell “Cyber Symposium” held the summer of 2021 offered the most plausible explanation of what really happened. Trump was winning by such a landslide, the machines had to be shut down to reset them to offset for Trump’s unexpected vote totals. A television viewer down in New Zealand (11:00 p.m.) later would later actually attest to seeing the Biden and Trump vote totals flip when the machines were turned back on here in the States (4:00 a.m.).

Either the voting machine companies should offer open transparency to both political parties this election or we should return to paper ballots.
