Status Report on President Trump’s Stormy Daniels Trial

The Democrats like to brag about the 91 criminal charges they have brought against former President Donald Trump of which 34 are related to the Stormy Daniels hush money criminal trial. What they don’t like to talk about is the timing of all of these cases (2022 & 2023) as they relate to President Trump’s announcement he was running for President again in 2024 and how each case is now imploding and doing so in such a way as to expose the Democrats for the un-American scum they truly are.

President Donald Trump’s criminal trial on charges his campaign payed hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels is set to begin on April 15. This date ensures President Trump will become the first-ever former U.S. president to go on trial for criminal charges.

Trump has pled not guilty to all 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide his former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen’s $130,000 payment to silence adult film actress Stormy Daniels just before the 2016 election. At one point she alleged she had a sexual encounter with Trump, an encounter Trump denies.

The mainstream news media conveniently forgets to include the fact that Stormy Daniels later denied the encounter occurred as well in 2018!

Porn star: I didn’t have sex with Trump – New York Post

Michael Cohen is expected to appear as a “star witness” for the prosecution against former President Trump but that could be a problem. Cohen pled guilty in a Manhattan Federal Court in 2018 to eight counts of crimes including criminal tax evasion and campaign finance violations. He also lost his license to practice law.

As recently as last month Manhattan Federal Judge Jesse M. Furman suggested that Michael Cohen committed perjury under oath giving fresh support to former President Donald Trump’s claims that his onetime personal lawyer is an untrustworthy liar.

Then there is the matter of a new report by Roman Balmakov. In his video report he exposes a connection between Rep. Adam Schiff (CA-D) and money involved in this case. The evidence presented by Balmakov shows a clear conflict of interest such that President Trump will not be able to obtain justice in Judge Juan Merchan’s courtroom and this judge should be removed from the bench.

“‘Hush Money’ Judge’s Wife Exposed” – Facts Matter with Roman Balmakov

The Manhattan judge of this case, Judge Juan Merchan, a Columbian immigrant, has placed a gag order on President Trump from talking about the case after Trump’s legal team found out the judge, his wife, and his daughter are Democrat political activists who hate former President Donald Trump. Trump and his legal team hold Merchan should recuse himself from this sham case.

Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, served as an executive at the progressive political consulting service named “Authentic Campaigns”. This firm has worked for prominent Democrats including president Joe Biden, vice president Kamala Harris as well as  House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (NY- D) in the past.

A post since deleted on X, formerly Twitter, that belonged to the judge’s daughter at one point used a photo illustration of an imprisoned Trump according to numerous social media posts. The profile previously linked to her by has since been made private or deleted.

When Trump became aware of the background of the judge he was dealing with, he became understandably furious and took to social media to inform the public of the latest Democrat’s antics:

“So, let me get this straight,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post. “The Judge’s daughter is allowed to post pictures of her ‘dream’ of putting me in jail, the Manhattan D.A. is able to say whatever lies about me he wants, the Judge can violate our Laws and Constitution at every turn, but I am not allowed to talk about the attacks against me, and the Lunatics trying to destroy my life, and prevent me from winning the 2024 Presidential Election, which I am dominating?

Maybe the Judge is such a hater because his daughter makes money by working to ‘Get Trump,’ and when he rules against me over and over again, he is making her company, and her, richer and richer,” he further speculated. How can this be allowed?”

But as the television ad shows say, “BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!”

The wife of Judge Merchan, Lara Merchan, in the Trump ‘Hush Money’ trial worked for New York Attorney General Letitia James for three years. This is the same Letitia James now involved in the other New York case against President Trump in the fraudulent destruction of his real estate empire with co—conspirator New York Judge Arthur Engoron.

Meanwhile, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, tried to sue Trump for defamation in 2018, and lost. She was ordered to pay Trump almost $600,000 in legal bills. Her then attorney, Michael Avenatti, lost since his law license after being sentenced to 14 years in Federal prison for stealing millions of dollars from his clients as well as tax fraud. Daniels has said she will go to prison before she ever pays Trump a dime.

Interestingly, Michael Avenatti recently spoke up from prison in a statement of support for President Trump’s first amendment rights being violated by Merchan’s gag orders.

CONCLUSION:

Anybody who knows the law knows all of these trials are a sham. They also know the people involved in them have compromised the integrity of the cases such that they are assured of being overturned on appeal.

The integrity of the Democrat’s Party is now severely damaged as well and for the good Democrat politicians and voters of this Party, that is a real shame.

Every single Democrat attorney involved in these sham cases around the country should be disbarred. This process of “lawfare” is un-American and this is not who we are in this Constitutional Republic.
