The DNC Sues Georgia Election Board

There is now a well-known expression these days, โ€œThe Democrats know they canโ€™t win an election unless they cheat.โ€ If actions speak louder than words, their actions sure seem to shore up this expression as todayโ€™s truth.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has filed a lawsuit against the Georgia Election Board to block a new rule just put in place which requires counties to ensure the accuracy of their votes before certification. If there was any doubt the DNC strongly opposes election integrity laws, this political party dispelled them Monday filing a lawsuit against the Georgia State Election Board for voting in favor of a common sense election reform rule.

The DNC opposes election boards empowered to โ€œhunt for purported election irregularities of any kind, which potentially delays election certification,โ€ according to the lawsuit.

The DNC openly states as a “remedy”, elections workers MUST count ballots, even if they believe them to be clearly fraudulent.

This mandatory language governs even where actual โ€œerror or fraud is discoveredโ€; in that event, โ€œthe superintendent shall compute and certify the votes justly, regardless of any fraudulent or erroneous returns presented to him or her.โ€

This DNC lawsuit was filed in a Georgia State Superior Court of Fulton County Monday by the DNC, the Democratic Party of Georgia, local officials, and with the support of Vice President Kamala Harrisโ€™s presidential campaign.

The new rule adopted requires county election officials to generate lists of voters who cast ballots in an election, categorize them by voting method, and examine them for duplicates. After which any discrepancies should be investigated and resolved as required by law and only returns โ€œwhich are entitled to be countedโ€ shall be recorded and verified as accurate.

The DNC opposes this Examination Rule because it might lead to delays in certification, which the party claims is a “right.”

This legal challenge to this new rule follows the state election board’s recent 3-2 vote to empower election officials to conduct a โ€œreasonable inquiryโ€ before certification. It also requires that county election officials receive โ€œall election-related documentationโ€ before certification.

To any thinking American, this seems like a reasonable ask particularly since it reinforces Georgia election laws already in place.

Ironically, this new lawsuit claims that the judges and the Secretary of State are the appropriate arbiters over election results. This would be the same mix of people who caused the 2020 election calamity, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and the same judges who denied hearings to plaintiffs claiming election fraud in the 2020 election.

Mondayโ€™s rule approval follows the adoption earlier of a rule just prior requiring county election officials to make a โ€œreasonable inquiryโ€ before certifying results.

The Georgia Election Board requires there be hand counts of ballots so that vote tabulators cannot misrepresent the total votes cast at polling locations.

Democrats are arguing they face “injury” to their election chances if the rule is allowed to take effect, “Petitioners face injury from the Examination Rule, and require relief to avoid the confusion, disorder, and burdens that have been and will continue to be caused by the rule.”

They’re hoping to get a court decision that certifying results, even fraudulent ones, is a “mandatory duty.” Additionally, they want the court to declare that the Election Board requiring counties to make reasonable inquiries into the results violates Georgia election laws, “To remedy these harms and prevent chaos in November, this Court should follow decades of binding precedent and declare both that the statutes mean exactly what they say and that SEBโ€™s rules must be construed consistent with those statutes in order to be a valid exercise of SEBโ€™s authority.”

CONCLUSION:

The mainstream media is still engaging in the practice of Nazi style propaganda against President Trump by repeatedly saying, โ€œPresident Trump has continued to claim election fraud without evidenceโ€ฆโ€

Well, liars, here is your evidence as it relates to the Georgia vote of 2020:

  • . . . hundred and six felons illegally voted
  • 66,248 under 18 voted
  • 2,423 werenโ€™t registered at all
  • 1,043 used a PO Box
  • 4,926 voted past the reg. date
  • 10,315 died before the election
  • 395 voted in two states
  • 15,700 moved out of state
  • 40,279 changed county

Democrats are in panic mode because the Georgia State Election Board is making it impossible for them to cheat. While a lower court judge in Fulton County may rule against the new rule, the higher courts of Georgia will uphold the rule as reasonable and legitimate in accordance with Georgia election laws and the powers of the officers of those involved.
