President Donald Trump issued pardons for Dan Edwin Wilson and Suzanne Kaye on Nov. 14.

President Donald Trump issued pardons for two people who were convicted of crimes discovered by law enforcement while they were under investigation for the U.S. Capitol breach on Jan. 6, 2021.

Dan Edwin Wilson and Suzanne Kaye separately received a โ€œfull and unconditional pardonโ€ on Nov. 14, according to documents shared by U.S. Pardon Attorney Ed Martin on X.

โ€œI Hereby Designate, direct, and empower the Pardon Attorney, as my representative, to administer and sign this grant of clemency to the person named herein,โ€ the pardon read for each executive grant of clemency.

โ€œThe Pardon Attorney shall declare that his action is the act of the President, being performed at my direction.โ€

Kaye served prison time after allegedly going on social media and threatening to shoot FBI agents at her house if they came to investigate a tip that she was at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

She denied being at the Capitol that day, said she did not own guns, and suggested that she did not intend to threaten FBI officials, according to court papers.

Prosecutors said her social media posts โ€œwere part of the ubiquity of violent political rhetoric that causes serious harm to our communities,โ€ court records showed.

โ€œThe Biden DOJ targeted Suzanne Kaye for social media postsโ€”and she was sentenced to 18 months in federal lock up,โ€ Martin wrote in a Nov. 15 post on X.

โ€œPresident Trump is unwinding the damage done by Bidenโ€™s DOJ weaponization, so the healing can begin.โ€

Kaye was released in 2024.

In a separate pardon, Trump freed Dan Wilson.

Wilson remained in prison after being included in Trumpโ€™s first wave of pardons because he was serving time for possessing firearms when he was a felon, which is illegal.

Authorities discovered six guns and 4,800 rounds of ammunition at the Kentucky nativeโ€™s home while he was under investigation for his role in Jan. 6.

โ€œDanny Wilson is now a free man,โ€ Martin wrote on X. โ€œWhen I was DCโ€™s U.S. Attorney, and now as U.S. Pardon Attorney, I advocated for this clemency, which the president granted Friday.โ€

Wilson, who was initially set to remain behind bars until 2028, was freed after Fridayโ€™s pardon.
