Trump Needs to Take Control of Licensed Professionals

America is often described as โ€œan experimentโ€. As such Americans realize while we may be the most exceptional country on the planet, we are not perfect and we still have some work to do. There is one area many Americans would like the ear of President Trump and a few minutes of his time for his own thoughts and reflection. This area involves the licensing or certification of degreed professionals. We will look at these from old to new but all of these involve how Americaโ€™s professionals are licensed and thereafter regulated.

TEACHERS and Education

In 1979 when former president Jimmy Carter established the Department of Education (DoE). Many teachers supported this and saw it as a good thing as it was promoted to standardize teacher requirements and offer a federal teacher licensing procedure out of Washington, D.C. which would guarantee reciprocity between the states. That never happened and the fact of the matter is the hoops the 50 different states make prospective teachers jump through to attain their teaching licenses (or certificates) still varies widely. For that reason many teachers no longer care if the DoE remains around or not as they really do not see it impacting their lives all that significantly. Still, when it comes to administering federal grant programs and being advocates for education, they do provide some benefit.  The DoE administers grants, loans, and work-study assistance to more than 12 million postsecondary students. The DoE administers elementary and secondary programs annually serve over 50 million students attending roughly 98,000 public schools and 32,000 private schools.

โ€œWhich States Accept California Teaching Credentials? – Childhood Education Zoneโ€

President Trump makes the valid point that when Jimmy Carter created the DoE we were number 1 in the world in education and now we sit at 24. But a closer look shows that is more about what happens at the grassroots in the classroom than Washington, D.C. At a time when America is facing a national teacher shortage, D.C. politicians would do well to make it easier to teach, than more difficult.

DOCTORS and Medicineย ย

Many Americans found it both shocking and odd that outgoing president Joe Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci on his way out of office. Fauci was the head man under both Trump and Biden when it came to handling the COVID-19 pandemic response. The more people learned about both the man and his response and relatedness to the virus of the pandemic itself, the more they realized this was a conspiracy of monumental proportions.

Any doctor who did not play along and follow the โ€œFauci Protocolโ€ faced loss of license to practice medicine. Indeed, entire hospitals were threatened. Both doctors and hospitals were rewarded with extra federal dollars for playing along with Fauci. Anybody who questioned or attacked Fauci was attacked themselves, often with threat of licensure.

The use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine was strictly forbidden to treat the virus, even though it had an outstanding track record. In the aftermath we learned the masks were worthless, the 6 foot distancing rule was made-up, Fauci (and Dr. Deb Birx) lied and misled President Trump, 9 out of 10 patients put on ventilators died, the Covid vaccines were actually experimental mRNA gene modification drugs, and over 1 million Americans diedโ€ฆ. Oh, and Fauci is not a virologist.

ATTORNEYS and the Law

There is something very weird going on in the world of our justice system and courts of America.

First we had George and Alex Soros infiltrate our legal system with people seemingly more intent on sowing anarchy and chaos than upholding the rule of law. We saw this in the case of black celebrity Jussie Smollett and Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx not prosecuting him even though his fraudulent hoax could have led to a race riot in Chicago. We saw this in the case of married lawyers Mark and Patricia McCloskey of St. Louis where they were wrongfully prosecuted for simply defending their home with firearms during a riot (300-500 people) by St. Louis circuit attorney Kimberly Gardner. We saw this with Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis in Atlanta wrongfully prosecuting Donald Trump and 20 others for simply speaking out about obvious voter fraud in the 2020 General Election after poll workers were seen on CCTV video producing hidden ballots and scanning ballots multiple times after vote counting was supposed to stop and Republican poll watchers were sent home.

In every instance of those above these supposed โ€œattorneysโ€ got it wrong and prosecuted the victims and not the criminals. That did not happen by accident and that is a crime in, and of, itself.

From Google AI:

โ€œMalicious prosecution is a civil action that occurs when someone files a lawsuit or
criminal charges against another person without probable cause.โ€

However, where it can be a crime itself is when that โ€œsomeoneโ€ turns out to be a prosecutor sworn to uphold the constitution and laws of the land.

You take all of these cases and then top them off with the recent lawfare cases President Trump was subjected to after he declared he was running for the presidency a second time in 2023, and you see the problem. If the system was still working as when I was a little boy, all of the prosecutors involved and all of the judges playing along with them in these sham trials would have lost their law licenses of the American Bar Association (ABA) but that did not happen. Why?

โ€œWorld Of Pain For Former Trump Lawyers: Suspension, Fines, Possible Disbarment, And Moreโ€ – Forbes

These were all obvious examples of miscarriages of justice and the prosecutors and judges now deserve prosecution themselves.

CONCLUSION:

President Trump needs to take control of licensed professionals away from the states and place them in federal governing bodies who will act fair and impartially as they uphold our constitution, laws, and moral values.

The pandemic of 2020 seemed to be an orchestrated conspiracy to take Trump out of office as Tony Fauci predicted it was coming back in 2017. Why would he say such a thing if he did not know it to be true?

The evidence that the 2020 General Election was stolen from President Trump by the Democrats is overwhelming but because most of Washington, D.C. is in bed with the Democrats, as well as the media, nothing was done to investigate the obvious systematic fraud in 7 to 8 swing states. Again, Joe Biden predicted the election fraud was coming in October of 2020 less than a month before the election. Again, why would he say such a thing if he did not know it to be true?

President Trump and his lawyers were not trying to โ€œoverturn the electionโ€ and anybody that says this is a liar spreading Nazi-style propaganda. President Trump was seeking the truth which is the first order of business for anybody holding a law degree and licenseโ€ฆ or at least, it should be.

These past wrongs of the last 6 years need to be righted or history will be sure to repeat itself.
