Trump’s border policy and mass deportation plan will make America safe again

President-elect Donald Trump’s border policy and proposals for mass deportation have sparked intense debate across political and social spheres, but there is no doubt among conservatives that these are sound policies that will benefit all Americans.

The potential for significant changes lies in key areas such as public safety, national security, the drug crisis, and the functionality of schools and communities.

Trump’s approach to border security aimed to reduce illegal crossings by strengthening physical barriers, increasing enforcement personnel, and implementing strict immigration protocols.

These measures were promoted as a means of enhancing public safety by preventing the entry of individuals with criminal histories and curbing the influence of organized crime groups, including gangs that often recruit within immigrant communities.

Reducing the presence of these groups will, without a doubt, lead to safer neighborhoods and lower crime rates, particularly in areas where such activity has historically been prevalent.

One of the most pressing issues tied to immigration and border enforcement is the influx of fentanyl and other illicit drugs. Trump’s focus on border control sought to disrupt the supply chains used by cartels to transport narcotics into the United States.

By tightening border security and expanding surveillance, his policies were framed as tools to combat the growing drug crisis, which has devastated communities nationwide.

Such measures will save lives by limiting access to dangerous substances and weakening the networks responsible for their distribution.

Mass deportation, another cornerstone of Trump’s immigration policy, has implications for the nation’s educational systems.

Deporting undocumented individuals will alleviate overcrowding in schools, and result in improved teacher-to-student ratios and more resources per child.

Additionally, it will reduce the strain on public school systems, which are often tasked with addressing the diverse needs of immigrant populations, including language acquisition and social integration services.

National security also plays a central role in the discussion.

Together with enforcing stricter immigration laws, mass deportation will reduce the likelihood of foreign threats gaining a foothold within U.S. borders. A streamlined immigration system, with fewer undocumented individuals, enhances the government’s ability to monitor and respond to potential security risks.

True, Democrats are worried that such policies carry social and economic costs, from disrupting families to impacting industries reliant on immigrant labor. But national security challenges and soaring domestic crime rates attributed to illegal immigrants remains a critical consideration for policymakers.

The Biden administration’s border policies have faced criticism for failures in securing the U.S.-Mexico border and addressing illegal immigration. These policies have led to increased illegal crossings and associated criminal activities.

In fiscal year 2021, U.S. Border Patrol detained over 1.7 million migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border illegally, marking the highest number ever recorded.

Reversals of previous administration policies have led to legal disputes and operational challenges.

For instance, a federal appeals court blocked the Biden administration from removing razor-wire fencing that Texas installed along the border to deter illegal immigration. The court ruled that Texas was likely to succeed in its lawsuit, arguing that federal actions violated state trespassing laws.

And illegal immigrants have committed numerous crimes, highlighting the Biden administration’s criminal actions by allowing in so many murderers, rapists, and thieves.

In Athens, Georgia, 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley was murdered by Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela. Ibarra was convicted of multiple charges, including malice murder, and sentenced to life imprisonment.

This tragic case intensified debates over immigration policies and border security.

In 2018, Mollie Tibbetts, a 20-year-old University of Iowa student, was murdered by Cristhian Bahena Rivera, an illegal immigrant from Mexico. Rivera was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

This case also drew national attention and fueled anger against the Biden administration over its insane, anti-American immigration policies.

These incidents are evidence of the need for stricter immigration controls and more robust border security measures.

Trump’s positive and noteworthy initiatives continue to shape the dialogue on how best to address America’s most pressing issues.

And soon, America will be safe again.
