Turning Point USA Threatens Defamation Lawsuits

Erika Kirk took to a CBS town hall meeting on December 13 of 2025 to quell some talk about her late husband Charlie Kirk’s death and her rise to power taking his place at Turning Point USA as CEO. She said people asking questions “are sick and it needs to stop”.

The problem with her statement was it was both un-American and comical. The un-American part of it was she seemingly is now against the First Amendment right to “Free speech”. The comical part of it was free speech is the bedrock foundation of Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA.

“We are fighting for free speech. We are saying it’s okay to hear something that you disagree with. You don’t have to run into a safe space because you hear something you disagree with.” – Charlie Kirk

If Charlie were alive today, I think he would have something to say about lawfare being used to cancel free speech as seems to be the current move by TPUSA!

We have reported on information offered by the WolvesAndFinance YouTube channel from Zach Degregorio before. We find him a very professional and informed young man from Arizona, the same state where Turning Point USA is located. As an investigative journalist, Degregorio has fasked some serious questions about TPUSA accounting and, as a CPA, he is entitled to his professional opinions and to ask questions.

About 8 days before Charlie Kirk was assassinated he sent out a company memo that he wanted a DOGE-style audit performed on TPUSA. One could reasonably argue that was his dying wish. That audit has yet to happen under the leadership of their new CEO Erika Kirk. Why?

On the surface Erika Kirk appeared to most as Charlie Kirk’s wife and mother to his children, who was smart, attractive, and wealthy (SAW). This is how we SAW her.

What We Know About Erika

Erika Lane Frantzve was born on November 20, 1988, in Ohio, to Lori and Kent Frantzve. She spent the early part of her childhood growing up on Observatory Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Grandfather Carl Kenneth Frantzve was Vice President of American Bank Note Co. (tied to secure printing and IDs). Erika grew up wealthy.

At the young age of just 17 Erika established her first charity. In 2006, she established Everyday Heroes Like You, a 501(c)(3) organization that she described as a way to “promote and highlight the everyday heroes in our communities who have a philanthropic desire to truly make a difference in the lives of others”, with national programs.

Erika’s father ran Raytheon Israel which was a military defense contractor which helped developed Israel’s “Iron Dome”. Her mother worked for General Electric and started companies AZ-Tech, GTEK, and E3Tek. She also went to work for Homeland Security at some point in time.

Her parents, Lori and Kent Frantzve, divorced in 1999. Erika and her mother moved from Ohio to Arizona.

Erika graduated from Notre Dame Preparatory High School in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2007. She then headed to Denver to play college basketball. She joined the Regis University Jesuit Rangers as a Division II athlete where she attended two years. In the fall of 2009, she left Regis for Arizona State University. There she completed double majors in Political Science and International Relations.

In 2012, Erika Frantzve won Miss Arizona in a Trump owned Miss USA beauty pageant. She also appeared in a country music video that same year. She appeared in Emerson Drive’s country song “She’s My Kind of Crazy” shot in Las Vegas.

In 2017, she graduated from Liberty University with a Juris Master degree in American Legal Studies. There is also a story she dated Cabot Phillips that same year. Cabot Phillips was Charlie’s friend as well as his producer.

In 2021, Charlie Kirk married Erika Frantzve. Charlie’s last tweet on their last anniversary together of May 8, 2025 read, “Today marks 4 years of being married to @MrsErikaKirk. Second to following Jesus, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. She is bold, smart, loyal, and beautiful. Happy anniversary, Erika. I love you.”

So, those are a few things we know about Erika. In the conclusion we will go into some interesting things we are not sure about so we will preface them with “ALLEGEDLY”.

CONCLUSION:

Awhile back my editor asked me to address TPUSA and Erika Kirk. I told her I did not think I wanted to as the entire situation was one “hot mess”. I was not sure what was fact and what was fiction.

Life Before Charlie Stories

Erika said she didn’t date before meeting Charlie and she didn’t drink. Then somebody dug into the archives of the Internet and found her with a man before she was with Charlie and showed her appearing on a reality TV show episode drinking what appears to be an alcoholic cocktail.

There is also a story going around Erika Frantzve dated and was engaged to one JT Massie during 2014-2015. He was a musician in the band Saving Southern.

Music Video Story

Erika also appeared in a music video many were unaware of until after Charlie’s death. While the video seems to be tastefully done on the surface, some are noticing oddities related to both the occult and Freemasons in the video.

There has been a persistent story that one of Erika’s charities was allegedly involved to some degree with an “orphan ministry” in Constanta, Romania. Locals accused it of trafficking children under the guise of mission work. Many see it as the same model later used by the Clinton Foundation which led to scandals involving Guatemala and “Save the Children”. These “orphans” were allegedly exported to other countries for purposes other than becoming part of a nuclear family. Some are now asking the question “Philanthropy or pipeline?”

Married With or Without Children Story

Since the death of Charlie there have been numerous stories that the Kirk children, who we only seen from behind, weren’t Charlie’s, were taken away from Erika by Charlie’s parents, and on and on…

The one thing I will agree with related to this story is I, too, find it odd Erika seemingly pulled a Michele Obama. Not one picture of her pregnant with either of her two kids during 18 months pregnancy seems odd after seeing her filmed by Charlie’s casket! 

Life Insurance Policy Story

There was a life insurance policy taken out on Charlie Kirk several years before his death worth millions by what seems to be a shell company with unknown employees and a policy with an unknown beneficiary. The premium was almost $30,000 a month!

Membership Stories

There have been persistent rumors Erika’s family was involved with the Freemasons, CIA, and Israel’s Mossad government intelligence agencies. Of course this then links back to Jeffrey Epstein and trafficking children to have sex with global elites for purposes of later blackmail for control in the future.
