Congressional, โ€œXโ€ Prayer Spaces and Intercessors Effortsโ€™ Rewarded

WASHINGTON, D.C.โ€” On Sunday morning, the United Nations adopted without debate a โ€œPact for the Futureโ€ that includes a mandate for the organization and its Secretary-General to manage โ€œcomplex global shocks.โ€

While the language employed misleadingly obscures the true purpose of this new charter, it is clearly to turn the United Nations into aย world government.

Thatโ€™s because, with strong support from the Harris-Biden administration, Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has made no secret of hisย intentionย ultimately to obtain the authority automatically to order responses to climate change, pandemics, commercial disruptions, cyberattacks, asteroids andย any otherย so-called โ€œblack swan events.โ€

Israel will likely be impacted first by the new Pactโ€™s explicit inclusion of certain โ€œconflictsโ€ in its mandate since the UN effectively ordered her to disarm last week.

Make no mistake, however: The globalistsโ€™ world government โ€“ which Americans neither support nor approved โ€“ will be coming for our sovereignty and freedoms, too.

While not unexpected, this outcome was achieved notwithstanding sustained efforts by countless people here and around the world to ask God to deliver us from this evil, including those who participated in a powerful X Spaces hosted by Bill Ellmore on the eve of the vote. That appeal also inspired a joint statement signed by over 5,000 influential faith leaders and others released in the course of the Ellmore event.

In addition, congressional opposition to this fundamental transformation of the United Nations was expressed in the course of a powerful โ€œConstitution Dayโ€ press conference held last Tuesday by prominent Members of Congress and their supporters in the Sovereignty Coalition. They used the occasion to applaud a recent, bipartisan vote approving legislation that requires Senate consent on global governance-promoting World Health Organization treaties and denounced the Biden-Harris administrationโ€™s support for the inclusion in the Pact for the Future of anti-constitutional efforts to advance world government.

It should be clear that this effective amending of the UN Charter in an imperissable way is taking place even though the vehicle for effecting it is ostensibly โ€œnon-binding.โ€ That characterization of the Pact for the Future amounts to a bait-and-switch. In practice, calling the Pact non-binding facilitates the adoption of institutional evolutions that, once begun, are extremely difficult โ€“ if not effectively impossible โ€“ to reverse. And it finesses member nationsโ€™ ratification procedures like that of the United States, requiring a two-thirds vote in the Senate to approve treaties.

The joint statement concludes: โ€œWe call on the American people to refuse to submit to these international efforts to set the stage for the destruction of Israel and the crushing of our own sovereignty and freedoms. The looming presidential election must afford the choice of an alternative that preserves our ability to remain a constitutional Republic with a limited, accountable government of, by and for the people and to safeguard this countryโ€™s vital interests, including the survival and security of the State of Israel.โ€
