President Donald Trump says the US military has killed Qasim al-Rimi, the leader of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. But al-Rimi is still alive and is now taunting President Trump. NBC News senior legal and investigative correspondent Cynthia McFadden reports for TODAY.
