Was Alex Jones the First Victim of Lawfare?

Podcaster Zach De Gregorio of the Wolves and Finance channel dropped another truly well researched and communicated episode on his channel.

“Trump Turns His Back On Alex Jones” – Wolves and Finance

There are many files Americans are demanding President Donald Trump declassify and release to the public. People already know about the assassination files related to JFK, RFK, and MLK. They may not know about the requests for additional files related to the NASA Moon Missions Program, TWA Flight 800, and 911plane hijackings. Given the oddities of the Alex Jones Sandy Hook lawsuits, it may be time to also demand release all of the details of this “supposed” Obama era school shooting tragedy.

As an American with First Amendment right to protected free speech, I do not believe Sandy Hook happened per the mainstream media and government’s narrative. I base my opinion almost immediately on 3 areas of expertise:

1. My father was a full-time fireman paramedic and I hold a degree in OSHA safety. The video and photographic evidence I saw did not show any standard of urgency or logic to a real event as a school mass shooting event. One of my best friends was a mortician. He noted we never saw 20 some ambulances or hearses come and go from the Sandy Hook School that day.

2. I have always dabbled in journalism as a sideline. I found the lack of photographs released related to this even truly suspicious and improbable. I get the fact law enforcement wanted to lock down the site but normally photographs are released to the press by law enforcement to accompany articles of such a horrific event thereafter.

3. As a professional educator, too many things about the school building, classroom appearances, and student enrollment did not ring true to me. By all outward appearances this seemed more like a staged event with a handful of children performing as crisis actors rather than a normally populated school building. Indeed, one of the only released photographs of the children being led by a teacher chain fashion on a parking lot showed several of the children clearly laughing, not crying.

CONCLUSION:

As De Gregorio correctly points out, in this matter of Alex Jones and his two civil cases in two different district courts of Connecticut and Texas, we have 2 different female (apparently liberal) judges acting improperly in their rulings of law and doing so seemingly in sync. What are the odds of that if this is not just another sham Kangaroo Court trial like the ones President Trump was subjected to in Georgia and New York in 2024?

Fairfield County Connecticut District Judge Barbara N. Bellis was appointed to the bench on June 3, 2003 by Governor John Rowland (R-CT) who later had to resign from office in his third term in 2004 due to corruption charges. Judge Bellis’ political party affiliation is unknown. Travis County Texas District Judge Maya Guerra Gamble was elected to office by Travis County voters as a Democrat in 2018.

Many scholarly people have done deep dives into the events of the Sandy Hook School shooting and they all, remarkably, come away with much the same unanswered questions.

The Sandy Hook Hoax” – Noel Joshua Hadley

There is an old expression that goes, “Actions speak louder than words.”  While the source of this idiom has not been determined its philosophical and religious use has been documented to date back to the 1700s and many believe prior. With that in mind, consider this news story:

“Connecticut bill would limit public access to records of Sandy Hook shooting” – Denver Post

Does this story sound like the Democrats of Connecticut and Washington, D.C. of that time want journalists and private investigators poking around looking for anything other than the mockingbird narrative? I don’t think so. This is the polar opposite of the transparency then president Barack Obama promised in his administration!

Legislative efforts were made to change the procedure of recording and reporting deaths as summarized here by Google AI:

“Yes, following the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, there was legislative action in Connecticut regarding death certificates and other information related to the tragedy.

Here’s a summary of the situation:

Controversy over Access: Immediately after the shooting, the release of the victims’ death certificates became a source of controversy, particularly for families concerned about their privacy.

Proposed Legislation: A bill was proposed to address the concerns of the families and limit public access to death certificates, particularly those of minors.

Partial Legislative Success: While the proposal to create a special “short form” for children’s death certificates or to completely seal them for an extended period did not pass, the Legislature did approve a measure restricting the release of crime scene photos and graphic audio recordings.

Protecting Family Privacy: Lawmakers emphasized their commitment to protecting the privacy and emotional well-being of the families affected by the tragedy while also acknowledging the importance of open government, according to CBS News.”

The story goes 20 children and 7 (including the mother) adults died that day in Connecticut. As for me, I might have believed the story until I read the FBI’s crime statistics report the following year of 2013 which reported there were “ZERO” homicides in that area of Sandy Hook School in 2012. That is when my doubts began.

Getting back to the original point of Zach De Gregorio’s podcast and defense of Alex Jones…

De Gregorio proves in his podcast Jones was targeted in what might very well be the first case of lawfare in the United States. He points out that Jones had retracted his statement about the Sandy Hook School shooting being a hoax the year before the two civil suits were filed (Connecticut and Texas) a year later. This should be a concern and event of protest for every single journalist of both left and right in America!

But his cases get weirder. The judges violated the law by their improper use of a “death penalty sanction”. They wrongfully accused Jones of not complying with release of all items of discovery he could comply with when he actually did. Because he was de-platformed from several major social media platforms, he could not provide analytics from those platforms since he was locked out of his accounts. One could argue that the judge and plaintiffs were derelict in duty as they could have subpoenaed those reports from those social media platforms, if they really wanted them.

A second very troubling point is the judges did not accept the highest bid for the dissolution of Jones “Info Wars” production company which was very suspicious and improper. A Federal Bankruptcy judge has since intervened and put a stop to the liquidation of his assets. One judge accepted an offer of $1.75 billion which was half of the highest bid.

And if you hate Alex Jones, I get that. But Jones was not the first one to be targeted for trying to report on this story. Two other book authors were attacked and forced out of print and that is tantamount to censorship and that should not be tolerated in America!

“Nobody Died at Sandy Hook: It Was a FEMA Drill to Promote Gun Control” by Dr. Jim Fetzer and Mike Palecek (2016, Moon Rock Books)

Attorney General Pam Bondi should look into these two civil cases as they seem less about defamation than they do censorship and intimidation.

I do not know what happened at Sandy Hook School that day of December 14, 2012 but I find it very odd nobody seemed overly broken up about 20 children and 6 adults being gunned down. Everyone in the pictures and videos kind of defied the old adage I would have expected, “Not a dry eye in the house.”
