Another “1-in-100 years” or “Once in a lifetime” weather event has taken place in Kerr County Texas and some are already noting this catastrophe happened right next to a Texas designated “Weather Modification Map of Rain-Enhancement Projects in Texas” found here. Texas has 7 such areas of their state designated right now.

Texas began to give out weather modification permits and licenses back in 1967 with the “Texas Weather Modification act of 1967” but now some political leaders and others are calling for it to be stopped nationally. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA-R) has officially introduced a bill that would make it a felony to inject or release chemicals into the atmosphere to alter weather, climate, or sunlight. Her bill targets cloud seeding, solar geoengineering, and climate control experiments. She says this is about ending the dangerous and deadly practice of weather manipulation.

Here is a comprehensive update regarding the flooding in the Texas Hill Country with all available statistics based on recent reports as of Sunday evening July 6, 2025:

•  Death Toll: At least 79 people have been confirmed dead.

•  Missing Persons: Approximately 40 individuals remain unaccounted for.

•  Rainfall: Widespread rainfall of 4 to 12 inches fell across Kerr County since Thursday evening, July 3, 2025. Hunt, an unincorporated community in Texas, recorded about 6.5 inches in three hours.

•  Guadalupe River Levels: The river rose rapidly, reaching 29.45 feet in Hunt, the second-highest recorded in history, surpassing the 1987 flood. It surged from 7 feet in a few hours, with a peak rise of 26 feet in 45 minutes in some areas.

•  Rescues and Evacuations: Over 800 people have been evacuated, with 237 rescues completed, including 167 by helicopter.

•  Search and Rescue Efforts: Hundreds of first responders, including the Texas National Guard, US Coast Guard, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Military Department, Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, and FEMA, were deployed.

•  Infrastructure Impact: Multiple low-water crossings, secondary roads, and low bridges were inundated. Sections of Guadalupe River State Park, including picnic tables and equipment, were damaged.

• The highway and Camp Mystic: Much of the roadway and camp itself was washed away by the down the river by the flash flood.

•  Shelters and Reunification Centers: Centers were established at First United Methodist Church, Walmart (2106 Junction Highway), and Ingram Elementary School (125 Brave Run, Ingram).

•  Weather Warnings: The National Weather Service issued multiple flash flood emergencies for Kerr County and surrounding counties (Bandera, Tom Green, Kendall, Gillespie, and Mason). A flash flood watch was in effect until 7 p.m. on July 4, 2025, with light to moderate rainfall expected into the evening.

•  Government Response: Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared a disaster for Kerr and 13 other counties, enabling state resource access. President Donald Trump has pledged federal support, with DHS Secretary Kristi Noem arriving to oversee FEMA efforts.

•  Camp Mystic Status: Search efforts continue for 11 girls still missing. Other camps, including Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly, Texas Lions Camp, Camp Waldemar, and Camp La Junta, report all individuals accounted for.

•  Historical Context: The Guadalupe River’s 2025 rise exceeded the 1987 flood, which killed 10 teenagers near Comfort, Texas.

•  Disaster Declaration: President Donald Trump on Sunday approved a “Major Disaster Declaration” for the deadly floods in Texas Hill Country.

The flooding struck rapidly in the dark of night before dawn on July 4, 2025, catching residents and officials off guard due to inadequate warnings and underestimated rainfall predictions. Kerrville City Manager Dalton Rice noted no signs of flooding at 3:30 a.m. but by 5:00 a.m. the situation had escalated. Officials continue to urge residents to avoid travel and seek higher ground.

CONCLUSION:

In the wake of the alarming weather radar anomaly in Alabama last week and the devastating flooding in Kerrville, Texas, and unusual hurricane damage to Asheville, North Carolina last year, some remain in denial despite these unprecedented unusual weather patterns. Accounts like @In2thinair foresaw such an event just days prior, yet skeptics dismissed it with explanations like “Tropical waves of moisture are natural…” or “It’s a sea breeze…” and even attributed the radar issue to a technical glitch at the Shelby County Airport.

Some are very angry that this event coincided with America’s Birthday as if to take attention away from this holiday intentionally. Also, the Christian Summer Camp in Texas where the tragic flood swept away young girls has been a destination for children from elite families for a century. Coincidentally, immediately following this catastrophe, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (@mtgreenee) proposed legislation to ban weather modification.

Are these events be interconnected, or is it merely a series of unfortunate coincidences? The timing and the patterns suggest there might be more to this story. Some are calling for this to be investigated as weather modification mass murders.

The New York Post did a pretty spectacular video of the Guadalupe River flash flood in south Texas somewhere downstream from Kerr County which shows how fast the water can rise and the power of water.

“Shocking video shows how quickly the Texas flood waters rose over 20 feet in as little as 37 minutes” – The New York Post

I am not sure what to think of this story other than three truths that need to be said right here and now:

  • I agree with House Representative Marjorie Taylor Green that it is time for mankind to stop playing god with the weather.
  • There is enough scientific proof that weather is being modified by mankind that it is time for all of those saying this is just another crazy conspiracy theory to sit down and shut up!
  • That would include as guy who got let go from so many network broadcasts he is now relegated to the Internet as a podcaster, Keith Olbermann where he can still be found irrelevant disrespecting Representative Marjorie Taylor Green.

Interestingly, in March of this year State Senator Bryan Hughes (R-Mineola) filed a bill in Texas to ban “weather modification.” His Senate Bill 1154 would ban government entities from “geoengineering”, which includes activities like cloud seeding.
