Well, DOJ Mathew Colangelo, What Brings YOU to NY-NY?

5Mind. The Meme Platform

In my piece of yesterday I wrote how recently un-redacted files by Florida Judge Aileen Cannon exposed Joe Biden and Merrick Garland’s role in the prosecution of former President Donald Trump in the bogus case of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago by way of (not so) special prosecutor Jack Smith.

“Un-redacted File Exposes Biden’s Involvement in Trump Case”

Now another case bogus Trump court case shows evidence of Joe Biden’s and DOJ AG Merrick Garland’s 2024 election interference. The case involving former President Donald Trump and payment of what the media and Democrats have termed “hush money” which legally should be termed “blackmail money” offered up a very interesting personality leading the prosecution of this Manhattan New York case for District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Matthew Colangelo.

So, as it turns out the one time acting AAG of the Washington Department of Justice, Matthew Colangelo, took a step down (and presumably a pay cut) to come to New York City to serve under DA Alvin Bragg rather than serve as Number 3 in the DOJ under Merrick Garland?

Say what? In what parallel universe does that make sense!

Funny how when crazy unbelievable stuff comes out of President Donald Trump’s mouth it all turns out to be true!

“Trump blasts ‘witch hunt’ hush money trial: ‘This is in coordination with Washington’” – TTC

Kerri Kupec Urbahn, Fox Legal Expert, joined “Fox and Friends” yesterday to express her shock to find Matthew Colangelo presiding over the Trump hush money case rather than Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg who brought the original case to court against former President Donald Trump to begin with.

“’Startling’ development on first day of NY v Trump” – Fox News

Urbahn said, “I was startled to see that the former number three at the Department of Justice was the one presenting opening arguments for Alvin Bragg’s case yesterday. Very surprising… As we discussed that is a very coveted spot in the Department of Justice. It’s one that typically people take and then they go on to become a corporate big wig and so for this particular man to have that job and then go and work for Alvin Bragg presenting opening arguments right from Biden’s DOJ to the courtroom in New York City was quite something.”

Fox reporter Brian Kilmeade made the observation to Urbahan that it appeared the Biden administration was now saying the quiet part out loud, “I don’t care about perceptions. I’m just going for it.”

Urbahan responded, “I agree and objectively it’s a clear downgrade. For instance the person… my colleague who had that position when I was at the DOJ, she is now a top person at Walmart. Rudy Giuliani, when he held that position in the early 1980’s, he went on to head SDNY (Southern District of New York). So people typically go up, not down. So objectively to take this kind of career downgrade it means that you… It means that it’s pretty personal.”

“Manhattan D.A. Hires Ex-Justice Official to Help Lead Trump Inquiry: The official, Matthew Colangelo, also worked on the New York attorney general’s investigation of the former president.” – The New York Times

So at a time when Alvin Bragg was having both problems both external and internal to his office relative to fellow attorneys not wanting to press this particular case against former President Donald Trump, Matt Colangelo stepped up to the task in December of 2022.

Then, in April of last year, 2023 Bragg filed his case:

District Attorney Bragg Announces 34-Count Felony Indictment of Former President Donald J. Trump

CONCLUSION:

Paying a porn star $130,000 in hush money is not a crime. Classifying hush money as a legal expense is not a crime particularly if your attorney paid the hush money. Former President Bill Clinton paid Paula Jones $850,000 to drop a sexual harassment suit in 1998 halfway through his second term as president. Bottom line, most Americans were more apt to believe Paula Jones was sexually harassed by Bill Clinton than Donald Trump slept with porn star Stormy Daniels.

And the part the mainstream (fake) news media so conveniently leaves out?

First, former President Donald Trump sued Stormy Daniels and won. She now owes him, big time.

Dark and Stormy: The porn star whose testimony could help convict Donald Trump before the election has a new career as a gay icon and no intention of paying the $670,000 that she owes the former president

And second, Stormy Daniels later came out in multiple news sources with a statement she never had sexual relations with Donald Trump.

Porn star: I didn’t have sex with Trump– The New York Post

The mainstream news media should be sued for misinformation and malpractice. They are no longer trustworthy in reporting the news. They no longer report both sides of a story.
