โ€œHillary Clinton and 18 Others Receive Presidential Medal of Freedom | WSJ Newsโ€

Incoming President Donald Trump has a marvelous opportunity to restore some dignity to this award by pardoning many of the January 6, 2021 political prisoners and then awarding them this same medal almost 1,500 times over!

More than 1,500 people caught up in the Capitol riot of January 6, 2021 (J6) have been charged in federal court for their actions. All but about 300 have been convicted. Some 645 have been sentenced to jail time, according to the Justice Department, though many have completed serving their sentences.

โ€œTrump promises pardons for Jan. 6 Capitol riotersโ€ โ€“ CBS News

The Constitutional Rights Violated of these J6 Defendants include:

  • 1st Amendment Right to Freedom of Speech, Protest, Assembly
  • 4th Amendment Right for Unlawful Search and Seizure
  • 5th Amendment Right of Due Process of Law
  • 6th Amendment Right of Speedy Trial and Impartial Jury
  • 8th Amendment Right Prohibits Cruel and Unusual Punishment
  • 14th Amendment Rights for Citizenship and Due Process

Those entities to violate these Constitutional Rights include:

  • US Department of Justice
  • Federal Bureau of Investigations
  • US District Courts in Washington DC
  • US District Courts throughout US
  • US Bureau of Prisons and DC Prison
  • US Media
  • US Big Tech Companies
  • US Banks & Financial Institutions
  • The House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack

The Department of Justice (DOJ) of the Biden Administration targeted mostly peaceful protestors on January 6th of 2021. This administration then conducted a massive smear campaign against each person regardless of involvement in the media. While the media used the term โ€œinsurrectionโ€ and โ€œinsurrectionistsโ€, nobody involved came armed for a conflict and nobody was charged with insurrection.

The DOJ reports โ€œApproximately 57 defendants have been charged with conspiracy, either: (a) conspiracy to obstruct a congressional proceeding, (b) conspiracy to obstruct law enforcement during a civil disorder, (c) conspiracy to injure an officer, or (d) some combination of the three.โ€

โ€œFull List of Capitol Rioters Jailed So Far and the Sentences They Are Servingโ€ – Newsweek

As of last fall, a divided federal appeals court upheld trespassing charges prosecutors have leveled against more than 1,400 people of the January 6th 2021 protesters. These charges are now proven bogus with the release of tapes showing both fences with โ€œNO TRESSPASSINGโ€ signs being torn down on the west side of the capitol while uniformed police were actually welcoming people in on the east side of the Capitol.
Prosecuting these people falsely is the true crime and all of those who did so, delayed their trials, found them guilty, and imprisoned them in deplorable conditions are the real criminals in this matter.

CONCLUSION:

MOST OF THOSE IN THE CAPITOL BUILDING THAT DAY HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN โ€œTHE PEOPLEโ€™S HOUSEโ€.

In a just world Democrats such as president Joe Biden, senate leader Chuck Schumer, and house speaker Nancy Pelosi should all be sentenced to prison for what they knowingly did in advancing this false narrative. Attorney general Merrick Garland and all of his prosecutors who served as the brown shirts or goons for this administration should also be thrown in prison for 4 years!

โ€œFalcon grandmother convicted of Jan. 6 crimes says she was there to pray for Americaโ€ โ€“ KRDO News

Some of the J6 protestors have filed a class action lawsuit for damages and personally, I hope they win and I hope the DNC is forced to pay most of that bill rather than the taxpayers. Again, in a just world that is how this should shake outโ€ฆ well, I can think of at least two Republicans who should be sued personally, too!

โ€œJ6 Protesters File Class Action Lawsuitโ€ โ€“ The Thinking Conservative

Normally I am not too keen on the word โ€œreparationsโ€ but these J6 political protest prisoner people are entitled to reparationsโ€ฆ and a participation Medal of Freedom, too!

It is the only way to restore the reputation to this medal after people like Soros and Clinton have received it.
