Which States Are The Best For Freedom?

When it comes to vaccine mandates, exemption laws, mask mandates, and other personal freedoms, some states are better than others. These are the top states.

Oregon

This may seem like a weird choice since Oregon had a bad lockdown and has a left-wing influence, but Oregon has the best vaccine exemption laws for schools on the west coast, having nonmedical exemptions based on your religious beliefs which they don’t ask you about, philosophical beliefs, and any other belief. These exemptions are granted through a vaccine education module or a healthcare provider’s signature. Aside from Portland and some other areas, Oregon’s counties are pretty red.

Colorado

Colorado has great vaccine exemption laws, having nonmedicalย exemptions that areย allowed for religious and personal beliefs for school. These exemptions are granted through a healthcareย provider’sย signature. Theย governorย tends to be more moderateย compared to other democrat governors. However, the governorย had harsh lockdowns.

Alaska

Alaska’s governor did not institute or support a vaccine passport when they were in use last year, and is a red state. However, only medical and religious exemptions are allowed in schools.

Kansas

The Kansas governor did not institute or support a vaccine passport. Kansas also tends to lean red. However, only medical and religious exemptions are allowed in schools.

North Carolina

North Carolina republican lawmakers fought against vaccine passports when they thought that the democratic governor was going to consider them. A lot of North Carolina leans red.

Nebraska

The governor opposed vaccine passports when they were in use last year. However, only medical and religious exemptions are allowed in schools. A lot of the state leans red.

Utah

Utah’s governor partially banned vaccine passports. Utah has nonmedical vaccine exemptions based on religious beliefs and personal beliefs except for the MMR vaccine. Utah has a republican governor and leans red.

Virginia

Virginia has recently become more of a red state since Glenn Youngkin became governor the last election. Virginia has nonmedical vaccine exemptions for school based on religious beliefs. You can only get a philosophical exemption for the HPV vaccine.

Wyoming

The governor banned vaccine passports when they were in use last year. However, only medical and religious exemptions are allowed in schools. The state is very conservative.

Iowa

The governor banned vaccine passports when they were in use last year. However, only medical and religious exemptions are allowed in schools. A lot of the state leans red.

Montana

The governor banned vaccine passports when they were in use last year and advocated to ban the mandate for healthcare workers. However, only medical and religious exemptions are allowed in schools. Montana is kind of a swing state, but a lot of the state is red.

South Carolina

The governor banned vaccine passports when they were in use last year. However, only medical and religious exemptions are allowed in schools. A lot of the state leans red.

Florida

Florida banned vaccine passports when they were in use last year. The governor has been a leader these past few years when it comes to consent for medical procedures. However, Florida only allows nonmedical vaccine exemptions based on a religious belief for schools. This could hopefully change though, since the surgeon general seems to be against vaccine mandates in general.

Ohio

Ohio opposed vaccine passports when they were in use last year. Nonmedical vaccine exemptions are allowed based on reasons of conscience, similar to the HHS guidelines for healthcare workers, which emcompasses any moral belief or religious belief.

 Texas

Texas is one of the best states for medical freedom across the board. Nonmedical vaccine exemptions are allowed based on reasons of conscience, similar to the HHS guidelines for healthcare workers, which emcompasses any moral belief or religious belief. Texas only had twenty three cases of measles in 2019 while California which has vaccine mandates had seventy three cases. Vaccine passports were banned when they were in use.

Oklahoma

Oklahoma banned vaccine passports in schools and were not required when they were in use last year. Oklahoma has nonmedical exemptions allowed for religious beliefs and personal beliefs.
