Are Democrats Synonymous with Treason and Sedition?

One of the hot topics for conservative Americans on social media platforms are lists of the names of famous Democrat leaders and groups of people they would like to see brought up on charges of treason and sedition by Attorney General Pam Bondi. Some of these posts are coming from actual legal professionals. So what constitutes as “treason and sedition” and why is nobody being brought up on such charges?

The Law Dictionary has this to say about treason and sedition:

“The terms “treason” and “sedition” are often used interchangeably, but they actually have different meanings. Treason is a federal crime that consists of acts against the United States government, while sedition is a state crime that consists of inciting rebellion or violence against the government. Although both crimes can be punishable by imprisonment, treason is generally considered to be more serious.”

As Americans we have certain protections and one of those is the First Amendment right to free speech. But still, that right comes with limitations. Any attorney general has to walk a fine line between what constitutes Constitutionally protected free speech and what is somebody going off the deep end inciting violence. On top of that, our laws are always open for reinterpretation to fit to the times we live.

A year ago nobody would have thought people attacking a specific model of automobile would be considered “domestic terrorism” but then a year ago we did not have mass attacks on innocent Tesla owners and dealerships. Innocent people were suddenly afraid for their own wellbeing as well as that of their property simply because of a vehicle they drive founded by Elon Musk, Tesla. Musk is now cooperating with President Donald Trump in the new DOGE office they founded to audit the Federal government. So because he is under heavy security protection some “low IQ individuals” (as President Trump refers to them) figured it would be a good idea to start attacking Tesla’s in place of Elon Musk.

So of course in the scenario above we are talking about lawless liberal lefties trying to impose their will on the right. In this case they want to pressure Musk to stop the audit and DOGE to cease existence. But what is the conservative radical right doing as a response?

The answer is they are calling for and demanding the prosecution of liberals by name citing their alleged criminal acts of engaging in treason and/or sedition. It was a real stretch by the left to call the J6 Protesters, “insurrectionists” back in 2021. But this time around the charges to come against the lefties (if they ever do) may not be so farfetched as some of those who could be charged would be due to their own words and actions. Those words and actions rise to a level far more serious than an elderly woman praying in the Capitol Building not knowing she was doing something wrong.

Some of those the conservative right are targeting for charges are:

Activist Judges

All of the activist judges who are essentially guilty of engaging in a coup d’etat trying to usurp the powers of the Executive Branch held my President Donald Trump. These 42 judges have filed 183 legal challenges in just 2 months violating Presidential Powers under Constitution of Article 2. The rulings of these judges are NOT supported either by the Constitution or previous case law. Over 90% of them are of Democrat Presidential Appointments with some of them regular donors to the party. Some have family members who realize economic gain from their prosecutions of these cases where they should have recused themselves by law.

Political Leaders  

Related to this last group, recently New York Senator Chuck Schumer both arrogantly and ignorantly took to the news media to brag they Democrats have placed over 235 activist “progressive judges”.

Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) along with Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) have all advocated establishing a “Shadow Government” to combat and obstruct President Donald Trump. Many Americans are calling for their arrests on charges of treason and sedition. The majority of the country now approves of what President Trump is doing in his second term. DNC Chair Ken Martin also comes up in this conversation talking “Shadow Government” in a video. The Democrats are at a rock bottom 21% national approval rating.

Death Threats and Assassination Attempts 

While President Trump has now actually survived two actual assassination attempts, the Secret Service and Elon Musk security teams deal with an unbelievable amount of death threats on a daily basis as Musk recently joked about at a rally in Wisconsin.

Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) recently expressed a birthday wish online that came across as a death threat against Musk and Attorney General Pam Bondi responded with a warning to her immediately.

Given the fact this same woman recently referred to President Donald Trump as a “mofo”, it is high time Rep. Crockett be censured in the House of Representatives the same as Adam Schiff recently was.

Then we have the simple civilian worked up guy in Texas who was recently arrested.

“Texas man who allegedly threatened to kill ICE agents, harm DHS Secretary Kristi Noem ordered to stay in jail: Robert King, 35, allegedly threatened to kill ICE agents and wished harm on DHS Secretary Kristi Noem in a series of social media posts” – Fox News

CONCLUSION:

Elon Musk, like Donald Trump, has an above average IQ. He recently called for the organizers of the “AstroTurf protests” conducted nationwide to be taken down as domestic terrorists. Last week there was some 1,200 protests around the nation with a second batch of protests scheduled for April 19^th.

The name may have changed from “Tesla Takedown” to “Hands Off” to protect the treasonous guilty organizers but their intent remains the same communistic playbook play. “Accuse your enemy of what you are doing as you are doing it, create confusion.” – Karl Marx

So they recruit volunteer and paid useful idiots who do not know or realizing when they cross certain legal lines they are going to prison. We are now seeing grown men crying in viral online videos as they find out they are headed to prison for keying a car or making threats like little tough guy Internet warriors. They wind up looking shocked and deceived.

Actions have consequences. Elon Musk is not wrong in wanting AG Bondi to go Rambo making arrests of those organizing these protests. What these “Shadow Government” leaders are doing is they are inciting people such that sooner or later one of those 18,000 daily death threats against Musk/Trump will come to happen.  Like I always profess, the objective of this planned play is to overwhelm the system such that sooner or later one unhinged crazy gets through security to “take Musk down” as Jasmine Crockett desires.

I am no Crockett scientist but these people cannot continue to pull this number and get away with it without suffering consequences of their own.

What lefties like Schumer, Schiff, Raskin, Crockett, and all the rest of these radicals fail to realize is we have our own unhinged crazies on the right too. While we may not have as many as the left, many of ours come with military training.

Now would be a good time to cease and desist!
