California Democrats Guilty of RICO Violation?

5Mind. The Meme Platform

“A communist system can be recognized by the fact that it spares the criminals and criminalizes the political opponent.” – Alexander Solzhenitsyn

In the wake of independent journalist Nick Shirley’s exposure of government fraud in California during the Biden Administration, California Democrats have proposed a law that will make journalistic exposure of such crimes a crime in and of itself.

You read that right. The “Stop Nick Shirley Act”, or AB 2624, would make what Shirley has done in California a crime punishable by fines, prison, and the requirement that such content be removed from the Internet.

The ire of the California Democrats apparently comes after Shirley exposed massive amounts of government program fraud three weeks ago in a video which has now been seen over 42 million times around the world on different social media platforms.

“I Investigated California’s Billion Dollar Fraud Crisis” – Nick Shirley

California’s failed Governor Gavin Newsom took to social media in a meltdown calling Shirley  a “pervert” and Nick Shirley responded as did the world’s richest man, Elon Musk.

CONCLUSION:

This has been a most remarkable month.

First we saw California Democrat House Rep. Eric Swalwell have his hopes for running for California governor dashed as numerous women have come forward to accuse him of alleged incidents of sexual assault. This not only ended his campaign for Governor of California but caused his resignation from the House of Representatives. WINNING!

Now we are seeing Nick Shirley end Gavin Newsom’s dream of becoming U.S. President by exposing the waste, fraud, and abuse that has perpetrated under Gavin Newsom’s watch as California governor. Nick Shirley has exposed Gov. Gavin Newsom and how allowing fraud has put California into a death spiral. WINNING!

Newsom’s record as governor is a record of unfulfilled, expensive promises with zero results, all at the cost of the American taxpayers all over America. His losses, like Governor Walz of Minnesota, are in the BILLIONS with a “B”. Newsom has been dubbed “The Nowhere Governor”.

  • Bridge to Nowhere – “Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing” bridge over the 101 Freeway in Southern California, cost – $114 million
  • Train to Nowhere – “California’s High-Speed Rail Project” from SF to LA in development for 16 years, zero track laid at a cost $15 billion in costs now projected to exceed $135 billion
  • Water to Nowhere – “Delta Conveyance Project” water tunnel for environmental flow verses storage of significant amounts of water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta out to the Pacific Ocean for use during droughts at an estimated cost of $20 billion
  • Homeless to Nowhere – Gov. Gavin Newsom urged cities and counties to ban homeless encampments in 2025 with $3.3 billion in a monetary investment

Newsom should use his time better than to be fighting with Nick Shirley on social media because Shirley exposed the billions of dollars California has wasted in daycare and hospice care.

The DOJ should apply the RICO Act to all California Democrats.

“The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act is a 1970 federal law aimed at eradicating organized crime by targeting those who manage or participate in illegal enterprises. It allows prosecutors to link disparate crimes, such as murder, bribery, and fraud, into a single ‘pattern of racketeering’ (minimum two acts in 10 years). Penalties include up to 20 years per count, massive fines, and forfeiture of ill-gotten gains.” ~ Google AI
