Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer was caught on a hot mic assessing the country’s tightest Senate races with President Joe Biden. New York Governor Kathy Hochul was in attendance.
Schumer said, “That seat, we’re, in danger in that seat . . . It’s close, we’ll see. But we’re, you know, it looks like, it looks like the debate didn’t hurt us too much in Pennsylvania as of today, so that’s good. And basically we’re picking up steam in Nevada . . . The state where we’re going downhill is Georgia. It’s hard to believe that they will go for Herschel Walker. But our vote, our early turnout in Georgia is huge, huge.”
