Equal Protection Project

5Mind. The Meme Platform

The Equal Protection Project (EPP) is a project of the Legal Insurrection Foundation (LIF), a Rhode Island tax-exempt 501(c)(3). EPP is devoted to the fair treatment of all persons without regard to race or ethnicity. Our guiding principle is that there is no ‘good’ form of racism. The remedy for racism never is more racism.

LIF, founded by Cornell Law School professor William A. Jacobson, is one of the leading national free speech and free expression investigative and media organizations. We research and report on some of the most important issues facing our country on school campuses, universities, businesses, and government. We also walk alongside individuals who are at the epicenter of free speech attacks, shining light on attempts to cancel dissidents.

Our main website is legalinsurrection.com, with a monthly readership of several hundred thousand people. Legal Insurrection website, founded in 2008, is widely recognized as one of the leading conservative law and politics websites, and is linked to and cited by national media outlets daily. You can sign up for our daily Morning Insurrection newsletter here.

LIF also publishes CriticalRace.org, launched in February 2021, our Critical Race databases of over 500 educational entities in higher ed, elite K-12, medical schools, and military service academies. Our CRT site has over 2.5 million page views and 7 million user actions since inception and is cited and linked over 100 times by other media. You can sign up for our CRT Tracker monthly newsletter here.
