Retired police officer Brandon Tatum, The Officer Tatum on YouTube, discusses the Atlanta police fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks, calling the shooting justified and he explains why.

Rayshard Brooks fell asleep behind the wheel in the drive-thru at a Wendy’s fast food restaurant and the restaurant called 911 and reported the situation asking for the police to come and take care of the situation.

Atlanta Police have released bodycam and dashcam footage showing the moments leading to the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks in a Wendy’s parking lot. The shooting happened late Friday night at the fast food restaurant on University Avenue. This above video is a five-minute portion of the 1 hour, 23 minute video from the body cam of Officer Devin Brosnan.
