Violence in New York City in one weekend included 63 shootings between 12:01 a.m. June 12, 2020 and 7 a.m. Sunday, June 14, 2020, more than triple the 20 shootings that occurred over the same period last year.

One person was killed and at least 10 — including a man holding his 1-year-old son — wounded in weekend gunplay that capped off a week with more than triple the number of shootings than the same week last year, police sources said on Sunday.
