National Border Patrol council president Brandon Judd weighs in on the border wall and discussing new caravans on their way to the U.S. and how Mexico will not allow them to make it up to our southwest border in a huge caravan. The caravan will have to break up and try to get away from Mexican authorities, who have stepped up as a U.S. border security partner due to the new agreements made with the United States.
